L'Hôtel est très bien situé.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and nice room. Walkable to the old city. A few nice restaurants nearby. Train station is closed.

They tried with the breakfast, but it just wasn't to my personal taste.

helpful staff and convenient for a short stay
Pros:

staff were very accommodating and stayed up late waiting for me as my sleeper bus got in much later than expected. was able to rent a scooter for the day from them and also arrange my transfer back to Hanoi through them.

Un hotel da evitare

La camera è ampia e ben arredata

Quasi tutto, la reception praticamente non esiste, io sono arrivato di mattina e ho chiesto che cosa potevo fare e non ho avuto nessun aiuto, mi sono fatto 2 km per trovare un agenzia dove sono riuscito ad organizzare tutto in giornata.
In realtà c'è un ragazzo in gamba alla reception che da una mano ma bisogna arrivare il giorno in cui è presente.
Gli altri danno l'impressione non solo di non conoscere l'inglese ma forse poco anche il vietnamita.
L'hotel ha una brutta posizione e la mia impressione e che sia quasi chiuso, io ho visto non più di 2/3 vietnamiti nel mio soggiorno e nessun turista.

I love the room I stayed in. So clean and room service is good at making it clean and in order, even folded my clothes. I like friendly vibe of the staff. Very approachable.

Cons:

I went in my room and found a lot of mosquitos. Thats the only thing that holds me back from giving a perfect 10, sadly.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber völlig für eine Nacht ausreichend. Es war sauber im Zimmer. Der Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.
Ein reiches Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für eine Ninh Binh Reise
