So glad I found this spot through Booking - I wanted a hotel close to Tokyo Station for my train to Kyoto the next day and this spot was perfect. Very nice hotel and if you stay underground, you have to walk less than a block outside to get to the front entrance. The hotel is on a quiet side street too. My room had lots of nice touches and the women’s onsen on the 2nd floor was an oasis after a long flight. The staff are so helpful - check in was super easy and the room has lots of info too. I will definitely stay here again (and try this chain in other Japanese cities. One other plus -they are very environmentally friendly. Oh and the 2000 yen breakfast was great (as were the free drink and soft serve ice cream at night, as well as the free water and coffee stations on the hotel floors.) (and I promise no LLMs used for this review!)

The location was close to the station and the staff was super helpful and polite. They had so many amenities and you can pick a pillow to sleep with! My group felt very welcome and we wish we could have stayed longer.
