Room was very comfortable, although on small side. Hotel was quiet. Located in a busy area near Tokyo Station, a few minutes' walk away. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and guests can pick their own pillow at check in. Also supplies available were toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, brush and lotion. Bathroom was compact but efficient with toiletries supplied and plenty of hot water in shower. The buffet breakfast offered was generous with various types of foods available. (12,00 yen -June 2026) There is an onsen on property. Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Spoke decent English. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. In the evening there is complimentary ice cream and drinks available for guests. A lovely touch of hospitality. Overall A ++ property. Highly recommended. We would stay again without hesitation. There is nothing we did not like.
Only a couple of hundred meters from Tokyo Station. I stayed overnight to catch the Shinkansen the next morning. The room was very small but functional, clean and warm.
I checked several floors and there was no microwave oven to heat my meal in the shared service areas.

The room was so small. We’ve stayed in lots of places here in Tokyo that are small, including capsules, which you expect to be small. There was barely space to walk around the bed.
