Walls way to thin you hear everything in the next room the price is really 450$ once you get there and the do not clean

Excellent
Pros:

The staff was very concerned with the condition of my room and when there was an issue, they came in and immediately changed it. For example they replaced the television and the air-conditioning unit just because they weren’t working properly and they clean the bathroom sink faucet filter. It was an excellent day.

Cons:

I the location could’ve been better, but everything else was great

Pros:

First of all no one could find my reservation .This was not a quiet place. I was told housekeeping would come on Monday as i checked in on Wed.

Pros:

Not so good. The hotel told us we were supposed to provide our own toilet paper and the cleaning service was supposed to come by on Monday and they didn’t so we went a week without our room being clean.

Late fee gets waived

Cons:

So many roaches , water off more than usual . Hot water was off for a week and guest paying for Wi-Fi that doesn’t work . Can’t smoke inside or outside . Ghetto staff always being messy and unprofessional
