Pros:

The self check-in was surprisingly straightforward.

I like that there was a washer in the room.

Cons:

There was an issue with the plumbing, and dripping through the night.

Even though there was a washer in the room, there was no dryer.

Sometimes the door didn't lock after pressing the lock key. I had to put the passcode in then press the lock key again.

It was hard to turn the main light on to full brightness. It took a few presses.

I extended my stay and had to move to another room, but it was very frustrating that check-out was at 11:00 and check-in was not allowed until 15:00. There was no place to store my luggage.

サービスを必要としない人向け
Pros:

ベッドもゆったりとしたサイズで風呂トイレ分かれていて一人暮らしのお部屋という感じで過ごしやすかったです！

Cons:

チェックインの時にタブレット操作を進んでいくと勝手に電話に切り替わりましたが待っても待っても繋がらず諦めて一度切ると手書きの署名でチェックインが完了しました。
あの電話を待つ時間はなんだったのだろう...。
部屋にグラスがありましたが汚れていて交換されてるのか？と疑問でした。

近くにコンビニがある、安かったこと

設備
・リモコンに電池が入っていないため、エアコン・プロジェクターを使えなかった
・電気のスイッチを押してもずっと豆電、ずっとカチカチ押してやっと全灯、不便だった

施設管理
・アパート入り口の電気が付いていないことが何度かあった
・入り口にカーペットが雑に置かれていた
・エレベーターがガタガタいっていて不安

Pros:

Great Location. Everything was Fine.

We knew that there is no Front man there. But we don't expect that we were not allowed to use the post box. Bed was uncomfortable.
