If you are not planning any activities nearby, skip that place.
Pros:

We made a stop on our trip through the Chiba Prefecture at a traditional Ryokan, a classic Japanese guesthouse. The rooms are furnished with tatami mats, and you sleep on relatively firm mattresses, which didn’t offer much comfort. Toilets and the bathroom are shared with other guests. The overall decor was fine, but the price for one night felt quite high. It’s likely you can get a better deal if you book directly on-site.
The owner was very nice and speaks some English. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, which was a nice bonus!

TATAMI ROOMS ARE AMAZING!
Pros:

Tatami room. TATAMI ROOM! Typical japanese kitchen. Well situated very near the train station, the beach, the Whale Museum, various restaurants, a Lawson Station, and mountain hiking trails.

Pros:

it is just across the sea shore. The facilities like shared kitchen are good. Tomoko-san is very helpful.

Cons:

you can hear sounds / noises from adjoining rooms very clearly which is bit disturbing particularly in the night.

Pros:

we could use their barbecue grill for free from 1800 to 20000

parking was not close to property so it was hard to bring our grocery items back and forth to the car
