Lugar ideal para relajarse y recuperar energías. El trato y la disponibilidad del servicio para facilitarte todas tus necesidades es impecable. Un equipo excelente y muy amable. El entorno es muy agradable y todo está muy bien cuidado. Además, organizan varias actividades distintas para enriquecer un poco más la experiencia. 100/10
The swimming pool situated in a beautiful garden and with a view to the sea.
Emplacement à 1h du ferry mais l'hôtel organise le transport et la côte Est de l'île est la plus jolie... ça vaut lheure de route! Ce "resort" est à taille humaine. Ni trop grand ni trop petit. Ni trop chic ni pas assez. On y est chouchouté, cadre verdoyant, arboré, fleuri sur mer. Charme de la digue, bungalows très bien aménagés, confort des lits et de la salle de bain, très propre en semi extérieur, privée. Vraie belle piscine intégrée dans la nature et fleurie + bassin pour enfants si besoin. Gentillesse et flexibilité du personnel. On peut tout organiser vos activités. C'est parfait. Beaucoup de choix! Snorkeling, kayaking, divers grands temples bouddhistes, grotto de Santa Maria, mangroove, lucioles, autres plages, blue lake, massages... Repas délicieux... Beef Rendang je recommande! Des fruits servis à volonté! Jus de Soursop, mangues et lait des noix de coco du domaine délicieux! Linda nous conseille avec un vrai talent d'organisation, très soignée et une écriture et un soin du détail superbe tout en étant très humaine et ayant une belle sensibilité - un vrai rayon de soleil!

Nice and quiet location, few chalets so it didn’t feel overcrowded. Cosy. Rooms were comfortable. Love the swimming pool, and also the view of the beach and the sea. Staff were very friendly and accommodating- they were really amazing.
Quite secluded, not really much to do in the surrounding area- will need to travel out.
Quiet and peaceful
The resort is a very peaceful and calm place to stay. We were lucky to be there alone for one day. We had a beachfront villa with an amazing terrace facing the sea. The pool was large enough for swimming, and there is a separate one for children. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly, and helpful. They made our stay unforgettable.
I would have appreciated having a fridge and a safe in the room. The sea and beaches in Bintan are not very clean, so be prepared for that, but it is not something the resort can do anything about.

The resort is intentionally kept small for a cosy feeling. They only have 10 villas and they have six permanent staff running the place.
The teamwork is phenomenal with everyone stepping in to assist each other whenever the need arises.
Although the place was a bit further from the city port of Tanjong Pinang, it is understandable since they wanted to give their guests exclusivity.
We found Kelong when we were looking for a small resort on Bintan, "bamboo-in-the-jungle" style, with both a beach and AC in the rooms. We stayed three nights but would have loved to stay longer because the place is wonderful. 10 bungalows so intimate feeling, but by far the best thing is the staff. Linda and the team are very friendly, warm and helpful. The food in the restaurant is good too. We recommend it 100% and will come back.

Kaunis vehreä lomapaikka ja kaikki todella siistiä. Bungalowit sisustettu ja rakennettu hyvällä maulla. Meillä.oli bungalow numero 6 ja se oli parhaalla.paikalla! Ravintolan ruoka erinomaista. Henkilökunnan palvelu ystävällisen lämmintä. Otimme skorklaus- ja tulikärpäset retket ja pidimme niistä kovasti. Tuntui ettei massaturismi ole vielä saapunut tänne. Eriomainen lomakohde kolmeksi neljäksi päiväksi.
Ei ehkä mikään ongelma mutta ei muita palveluita lähietäisyydellä. Hotellista saa kyllä kyydin kaikkialle. Lähes kaikki satamasta nostamani rupiat säästyivät.
