Sauber, zentral und preiswert
Pros:

Pros:

Great location, quiet street, nice furniture and a clean bathroom. I had an individual need and they helped me really well with it.

Cons:

If you have a problem outside working hours, the communication takes too long (via chat). Hot water level varies.

Functional, well located, good bed good breakfast. Not for big people.
Pros:

Functional small single room, bathroom was bigger than the room itself. Clean. Practical. Good bed. Good shower.

Cons:

Very loud (window to big street), I never meet any person, machine checking, felt a bit like a ghost hotel.

Brilliant location and comfortable but seem to have staffing issues
Pros:

Location is brilliant, just minutes walk away from Essen central station, bed comfortable and everything clean, good size room, fairly quiet despite central location, staff was friendly - when I could get hold of them

Cons:

I have stayed here before and was slightly disappointed this time, no staff present at night and for some hours during the day, there was a problem in my room the first night which was sorted by the staff after I called them, however the next morning I couldn't get hold of anyone and had to wait for staff to arrive to change rooms, therefore missed out on an appointment, coffee machine wasn't working on day one, breakfast was diverse items offered on a single plate (but a good choice), not sure if anyone else was staying here - it was a little bit unsettling at night
