Cons:

We stayed 5 nights and they never came to clean the room. The booking confirmation said continental breakfast was included, but it was just a box with a little milk and cereal. The elevator wasn't working. Beds can be more comfortable

It was okay!
Pros:

The furnitures were nice, like the bed, table, shower!

Cons:

The ceiling, it was not good at all, it was scrapped off, the breakfast was not good (not even going to fill my stomach), escalators were not working.

Good designed hotel, small issues made the stay a bit disappointing :(
Pros:

Close to public transport, modern design. Initial customer service was good and had a staff member offer to carry my bags up due to broken elevator.

Cons:

Lifts weren’t functioning throughout stay. Got stuck outside parking garage, tried calling reception and rung cold multiple times, went inside to see the receptionist at her desk seemingly oblivious that I called repeatedly. Was also told that I had to go down to reception if I wanted to change the AC from heat to cool or vice versa.

Inconvenient and poor staff service
Pros:

The location was good and the rooms tidy

Cons:

The lift was not working while we were there, there was no plan of fixing it. We were put on the second floor this was not something we could manage. The desk staff’s communication was poor there was no effort to help. My request to move to a lower floor was ignored however after a lot of pushing we were put on a lower floor the next day.
Two of the staff were rude and showed arrogance each time we passed by. There were a nice gentleman and one lady who were pleasant.
Some of the staff need training in customer care and basic courtesy.

Elevator was out of service, but good location and customer service
Pros:

Great customer service, amazing location, good value for money

Cons:

We were told we had gotten an upgrade - which sounds great until your upgrade is two stories higher and the elevator doesn't work. They did warn us via booking.com regarding this, but it was still frustrating.

Staffs are helpful.

Cons:

False advertisement about breakfast, it didn’t have kitchen and, just give out a small pack of juice box, milk and cereal. Very party wifi connection. No functioning lifts for extended months.

The staff were nice but pretty much everything else about our stay was not great for the cost

Cons:

The elevator was broken, our room wasn’t cleaned once in our 4 day stay, the location was mediocre, the bathroom fan was loud and unable to turn off, the bedsheets looked dirty, lamps were broken, stains on curtains, etc
