What an excellent three days! Nestled in a picturesque country setting surrounded by olive trees, the hotel exudes refined Sicilian elegance with a modern twist. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were large and elegant, reflecting the hotel's atmosphere. The pools a definite 10 out of 10. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional. The food is a celebration of Sicilian culinary traditions, full of flavour, and made with fresh local ingredients. The landscape around the property was postcard-perfect, with breathtaking panoramic views and amazing sunsets.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful setting, large rooms, and highly attentive and friendly staff.

Cons:

The restaurant on site was absurdly expensive - €30 for a cocktail, €38 for a burger. As a result, we decided to dine elsewhere during our stay. Breakfast was includes and it was OK, but not exceptional as compared to other high end properties.
