Very Miserable Dirty Room. Zero cleaning. When I picked the pillows before going to bed noticed that the room had not been cleaned. There was sugar and creamer all over the bed. Very disappointing at 1 am. Called the reception and he said please complain in the morning. Then he came to check and he was surprised. He took video also. Then he brought a new bed sheet which we both put on the old one and I had to sleep on this shit.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, the floor is dirty and sticking

The only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to Magneto mall.
Other than that it is complete waste of money, as I stayed in other hotel a lot cheaper than this just a week earlier and staff was more responsive and hotel's stay was more comfortable. Room service was really bad, you have to call them again and again for same thing. They tried to fix the flush of room 3 times in 1 day , still it was not working properly.
