Clean rooms and Hospitable staffs
No Air condition—had to sleep with the balcony window open and mosquito repellent to avoid stuffiness. The room I got was facing the school which turned out to be a bit noisy every morning when the school start—teachers use microphones in the assembly and the school buses park right in front the room with such a disturbing reverse alarm.
I will be back for sure.

It would be nice to have a fan or AC in the rooms. Sometimes it got quite hot.

The ambience, food, and staff were all exceptional, creating a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with thoughtful attention to detail in the decor and overall environment, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to be. The food was of excellent quality, offering a variety of delicious options that were both flavorful and visually appealing, showcasing a dedication to culinary excellence.
What truly stood out was the level of customer service. The staff were not only professional but also approachable and eager to assist, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcomed and valued. They were attentive without being intrusive, making the entire experience feel personalized and special.
Additionally, the fact that there was no room service charge was a pleasant surprise, adding to the overall value and convenience of the stay.
The leaking bath tub and limited resources. Only 300 ml of water per day per person. There were limited sugar sachets and which were barely enough for 1 so we had to keep calling room service. They have good food but a bit pricy if you are traveling on a budget like us.
The rooms are spacious, bed is big & comfy & the location is super handy if you’re spending time in westlands and surrounding area
WiFi, power & hot water a little temperamental - esp if there’s heavy rain but this is not Ulwazi specific. No AC in rooms. Restaurant basic but good for breakfast.
