Cons:

I stayed at this property for a week with my family (a group of five). Prior to arrival, Joyce, the property manager, got in touch to introduce herself and ensure we had completed the required entry documents, which was a nice and reassuring touch.

The property itself was pleasant, but definitely dated. That said, there was plenty of space for all of us, so we never felt on top of each other. The multiple balconies were a highlight, offering enough seating and space for us to relax, socialise, and enjoy the surroundings.

The location, however, felt very much like a tourist hotspot. If you don’t hire a car, you’ll likely need to rely on taxis to get around, which can be quite expensive, as there are no local buses serving the area. While the property is within walking distance of the main strip with plenty of restaurants, most of the options are American-style fast food (burgers, chips, wings, pizza). We were surprised that there were no options for authentic Kittitian cuisine nearby, especially for a week-long stay. That said, I would recommend JamRock restaurant, the food was divine!

It’s also worth noting that only very basic supplies are provided. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one bin bag. Once these are used, you’re expected to purchase your own from Ram’s supermarket. The same applies to cleaning supplies; the kitchen only had a sponge and washing-up liquid.

Overall, while the property had its positives, particularly in terms of space and outdoor areas, it didn’t fully meet our expectations.

Would I stay here again? No.

Lovely comfortable condo on 3 levels with sea views from the balconies. We saw some beautiful sunrises from the beach at the front of the property. Great location close to many restaurants, the wine shop, supermarkets and taxi rank. Joyce the host was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to questions.

Sealofts is a wonderful St Kitts getaway!
Pros:

Pretty much everything was very nice, walking proximity to many things! Beach swimming is roughly 1/2 mile or 0.8 K away (but walkable)

Cons:

Property itself is on the Atlantic side with no beach swimming.

What did you like about the property?
I loved the peaceful beachfront location — the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was convenient being so close to restaurants and the Frigate Bay area.

Cons:

What didn’t you like about the property?
Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger in some areas, having the ability to use the pool would have been lovely and make the trip even more better and a few minor updates to the furniture would make the space even more comfortable.

Pros:

The loft was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The location was perfect as well, right in front of the ocean and 2 min away from restaurants, supermarket and taxi station.
Joyce made sure we felt welcome and answered all my questions very quickly.

Comfortable accommodation in a nice location
Pros:

Nice location - near shops, restaurants and taxi rank. Well equipped kitchen for cooking at home.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t available when we were staying. We needed to use the AC constantly to feel at a comfortable temperature. There was no running water during the night!

The place to be.
Pros:

Joyce is a wonderful soul. She was so helpful and made the entire check-in process seamless. I was contacted days before I checked in and she kept me up to date, even letting me know about the immigration eTA.
She helped to facilitate everything from the airport pickup to information about fun place to enjoy my weekend.
She is a 10/10 for customer services and makes you feel welcomed and at home

Great location. Needs maintenance.
Pros:

The location was walking distance from food, and taxi’s. Very central and also close to the beach.

Cons:

The facilities need to be maintained. Everything is outdated. The faucets were dripping. The shower head needed changing as well as the couches. There was no working air conditioning remote. The front door didnt lock properly either nor did the downstairs shower look appealing to use. Great property but it needs alot of renovations.

Excellent location. Near restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the pool. 10mins walk to the Frigate Strip. AC & wifi was great.
Joyce was very helpful and communication with her was excellent. Would stay there again.

The spiral staircase. Not great if you have mobility issues.
