Pros:

Everyone was very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing too. Our sheets did have stains and some had holes but we just asked for new ones. Still stained but at least no holes.

A Welcome Treat

Our stay was great! The reservation officer and receptionist gave us a good welcoming.

Hotels.com was charging us so much more for rebooking but when I called and emailed the hotel, they gladly waived the fees being a local resident and Christmas spirit. They were kind enough to free us of extra charges amounting to P1,699.00 for rebooking. Thanks to Ms. MARY of Reservation Dept. of North Pointe Residences who made sure we are updated with infos and confirmations of our stay
The hotel is nice and clean and perfectly located near a Shopping Mall

Pros:

I booked a week for my gf. Firstly, they charge for hot drinking water, and to borrow utensils. Also, she was stuck in the elevator for 30 mins. And whilst trying yo call the lobby, no pick up. She had to just wait.

Pros:

If you are looking for a like new decor and a lot of amenities you probably will be disappointed. If you are looking for affordable and clean and want to experience the true Filipino working class non tourist trap crap you should love it. We enjoyed eating at the local street vendors immensely. Fresh coconut milk anyone??? Every one smiles and are very accommodating. We will surely return.

Pros:

Visit the property before you book! But don't believing the pictures posted on the web. I paid for two nights at a reduced rate with a no cancelation/ no refund online deal. I left after the first night knowing that I wouldn't get my money back but wasn't going to stay another day.

Confirmed arrangements were completely ignored. Wi-Fi rarely works. TV not working and remained unfixable. No sit down restaurant services, only room service. Neighborhood was scary for a leisure walk. I have a confirmed email from northpoint residences for a room arrangement of 1 queen bed and one twin. We received 3 twin beds instead. Lots of cockroaches. Foul smell in the bathroom.

Pros:

Coming in from the hotel, the staff were never friendly or accomodating. In the room, no cabinets were there to store your clothes, no mini ref to store food, no oven to heat your food, no utensils to eat your dinner like plates and spoon. No water heater to boil your water. A/c was badly placed for the family room. Also there are a lot of roaches roaming around the room. The place to go around to is very far. On a positive note, the stay was cheap comparedbl to other hotels
