My day was wonderful
Pros:

The property was nice and clean. Nice friendly staff more than good for the value of the property. I’ve stayed a couple nights and it’s been the most fantastic hotel. I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Pros:

Very charming, well kept house in prime position in Manly.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly! They let us check in early and have us a complimentary parking space. They were so very accommodating.
Also, the studio was only one block from the beach! Great location.

Cons:

No pool. :( But really, we were so close to the beach, it didnt even matter.

Cons:

A bit grubby. The room we booked was gloomy and smelt musty so they moved us to another room with a balcony which was its saving grace

Awful place, trip ruined
Pros:

This place is a dive. If you can afford it go elsewhere.
The space I booked was not given to me even tho I booked weeks in advance. They never pre informed me nor even told me that the space I booked was unavailable-when I arrived just gave me a cheaper shit room until I was like wtf this isn’t what I booked. Then they said they would refund me $50. Totally ruined the one night I stayed. Awful

I didn’t like anything about this place.
Total shit experience at this place.

Pros:

I’ve stayed at Manly Waves Studios & Apartments many times and it’s always been a great experience. The location is fantastic—close to Manly Beach, cafés, and the ferry. The studios are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed stay. Theo is a wonderful host who is always welcoming and helpful. I’m always happy to return and highly recommend it.

Pros:

Great location near Manly beach ⛱️. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Good undercover parking in a carport. Clean cute studio with kitchen sink and balcony. Owner Theo very friendly guy and welcoming.

Cons:

Lots of stairs to get to room 6. Took me 2 loads to get stuff up.

L’accueil sympathique et l’emplacement proche de la mer, parking gratuit

Cons:

Logement sale et mal entretenu : cafard et obligé de nettoyer les armoires avant de poser le linge , sol très sale et fenêtres avec des moisissures
