Pros:

Conveniently located. Short walk to beach, eateries and bus.
Basic accommodation but quite acceptable.

Cons:

Car parking spaces are small and vehicles only partly covered.
Room lacked a comfortable sitting chair.

Overall, for the money we outlaid, this stay was extremely disappointing.
Pros:

The location was great the property was disgraceful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations for the price we paid:

• The front buzzer did not work

• There were clumps of hair left in the shower which we had to clean ourselves

• The shower grout was extremely dirty

• The left shower tap fell off and bruised my daughter’s foot

• Black soot was falling through the bedroom vent holes onto us

• No dishwashing tablets were provided, so we had to use washing detergent to clean dishes

• The TV was non-functional due to a broken remote, which was disappointing with two children staying

• The bed was filled with sand and dirt

• The microwave was filthy and had to be wiped out before use

• The saucepan provided was only suitable for one person, making it extremely difficult to cook a family meal

• Food left in the fridge and freezer was unacceptable

• Dirty tissues were found inside the futon in the lounge

• The smell of smoke (weed) from neighbouring rooms while our young girls were on the balcony was very disturbing

Overall, this was an upgrade room and for the money we outlaid, this stay was extremely disappointing.

Safe and beautiful.
Pros:

I needed somewhere safe to stay at very late notice.
You fit me in, upgraded me as well.
Check out time wasn’t a concern and you accommodated when I needed to stay another night.

Cons:

All was just fine.

Great little place , centrally located in the heart of manly and more than affordable for the area.
Pros:

I managed to book last minute after hours, however it was no problem checking in at such late notice after the reception had closed.
The Incredibly nice lady who checked me in then went out of her way to make me comfortable.
Including when I enquired about late checkout she said I could have an incredibly late checkout at no additional cost and she would make sure the morning staff were aware of the exception.

Cons:

Nothing. It was over and above for where it was located, the price and the ease of convenience.

Pros:

Location only.

Cons:

Room was terrible. We booked for 3 beds, we got 1 queen and sofa couch/ bed which was terrible. We have adult children, family of 4. Not suitable for us at all. Sat up sleeping for 3 nights. Kitchen facilities were crap couldn't cook meals. Everything stunk like dog.
I think it's a back backers accomodation, really rough definitely not what was advertised.
Will not be returning.

A pleasant and comfortable staf
Pros:

Many Waves offers a nice and comfortable room. It is well located, being just a few steps from the beach. Local cafes for breakfast are also just around the corner. Above all, the staff are very welcoming and kind.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
