Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien et les piscines également même si 5 bassins sur 7 sont chauffés en plein été et qu’il est impossible de se baigner dans des bains bouillants.

Cons:

Le personnel est exécrable, de ce que j’ai constaté, principalement avec les non italiens. Ils vous adressent à peine la parole, vous ignorent, etc. On vous fait comprendre que vous n’êtes pas les bienvenus. Globalement c’est que nous avons ressentis à Ischia. Le reste du voyage s’est très bien passé : Naples, Capri, Ponza, Sperlonga, Rome. Bref l’accueil sur cette île est très particulier. Par contre le prix de l’hôtel est trop élevé pour les prestations proposées.

The Reginella Park was nice.

Cons:

I did not like the room because it was far too small for two people with no balcony and blasting cold air conditioning. The quality of the room for the price was exagerrated. Not the the first time I have been here, but I was disppointed for the price that I paid.

Relax e buon cibo
Pros:

la colazione eccellente e varia, accoglie tutte le varie esigenze dal dolce l salato. Servita in veranda o nel giardino esterno
Il parco termale dispone di diverse piscine di varia temperature ed e' presente anche una piscina a temperatura esterna. E presente la sauna ed il bagno turco. nel parco termale e' presente sia un bar sia un ristorante.
Tutto lo staff eccezionale dal maitre di sale alle signore che si occupano della pulizia delle camere

Cons:

A mio avviso per le stanze che hanno l affaccio sul giardino dovrebbero mettere i vetri piu spessi poche' durante le serate con musica dal vivo o pianoforte per quanto bellissime sonorita', anche se chiuse rendono difficile il riposo . Tengo a precisare che mi riferisco ad orari tipo le 22.

Ich würde sofort wieder gehen!
Pros:

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit wunderschönem ruhigem Palmengarten wo sich alle die verschiedene Thermal-Pools befinden und eine Snackbar sowie ein aussen Restaurant.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet und am Abendessen, ein sehr Reichhaltiges Vorspeisen Buffet und abwechslungsreiches Essen auch an der Snackbar.

Pros:

This hotel was amazing! Rooms were very comfortable. The outside spa facility was very large and relaxing. Breakfast every morning had a huge selection and we ate out on the terrace. Very near Negombo thermal spa. Very pleasant staff.

מלון מאוד אסטטי , צוות מאוד נדיב, ארוחות ערב מגוונות, בריכות הכי יפים וטובים.מיקום של מלון גם מאוד טוב, ליד ים ברחוב מאוד שקט ויפה.

חדר לשנים היה קטן וכניסה למרפסת מאוד לא נוחה לאימא שלי מבוגרת, כש ביקשתי להחליף חדר אמרו לי שיכולים להחליף לחדר בלי מרפסת בכלל רק עם חלון.הגעתי למסכנה שיותר טוב להזמין במלון הזה חדרים לכל אחד בנפרד.
