The location was good, close to a main shopping centre and food options.
A breakfast pack was provided on request (rice and chicken).
When I arrived I was told that there was no room available for me. I showed my booking confirmation which showed I had already paid, and again was told there were no single rooms available, despite this. I indicated that I would accept any room (ie didn't need to be a single room), and only then did they agree to give me a room, which had a larger bed.
The room provided was next to the lobby, where staff would sit and talk with (I presume) friends and listen to music/videos/games on their phones at high volume, meaning getting to sleep was challenging.
At some point in the evening someone tried to open my door, which thankfully I had locked from the inside. When I went out to see what was happening, a different staff member said that they tried to come in because they didn't think any one was in the room, which didn't exactly make me feel safe.
The walls were dirty, the towel rack was broken, I needed to ask for a towel, and there was no ceiling to the bathroom, which meant that any plumbing/water noises throughout the rest of the building were very obvious.
Finally, there were people smoking at various points in the lobby, despite this being a non-smoking hotel, and the smell wafted into my room.
Location, price, employee's
It shouldn't be hard to keep hotel clean and fix leaking part's in bathroom.
