Hotel Casa Verde

Lee and his wife made our stay here incredible. They were so kind and gave excellent recommendations for shops and restaurants in town. They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. They truly gave us peace of mind on our trip that we were going to be taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Séjour transit entre ferry et randonnées. Hôtel choisi pour faire le Torre del Paine le dimanche. Mais en dehors de la ville, 7-8kms, accessible par une piste , difficile pour préparer randonnée. Les gérants ( un couple ) ne parlent pas l’espagnol ( dommage au Chili) mal l’anglais. Nous arrivons à 19h en taxi. Nous comprenons que notre randonnée sera compromise !! Nous faisons les papiers réglons 185€ ( un peu plus que prévu. ) mais très très cher pour un 3*! Pas
Pas de restauration possible, seulement un bouillon ! Nous ne sommes pas courageux pour repartir . Seulement une tisane ! Dialogue difficile. Dans la chambre choisie Ils ont poussé le grand lit et collé un petit lit !!
Ce qui est dommage , quand je l’ai appelé avant , vers 18h40, il ne m’a pas précisé de dîner en ville ! C’est seulement quand des randonneurs sont rentrés vers 22h30 que j’ai vu qu’il y avait une pièce « picnic ». Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est très correct .
Cela vaut 60€ la nuit pas plus . 20€/personne.

This establishment is amazing. New, clean, quiet. The service is great. The owner gave us excellent personal service. He spent time giving us personal detailed advice about Torres park and all its locations. The breakfast was awesome. The room was spacious and the bed huge. Thank you Mr Lee.

Was greeted by owner/manager. He showed us to our room and was very informative of the area and facilities. Gave us area advice before our arrival that was helpful.

Disappointed and Dissatisfied
My experience at Hotel Casa Verde was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I encountered multiple issues that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.First, the check-in process was unprofessional. I arrived around 10 PM, having previously informed the owner via text. However, instead of a warm welcome, I was met with irritation. Despite explaining that I had been hiking in Patagonia (O-Trekking) and didn’t have access to messages, the owner dismissed my explanation and made it clear that my arrival had disrupted his and his wife’s schedule. His attitude was unprofessional, and he offered little assistance.The hotel imposed excessive restrictions. The doors were supposedly locked at all times, and breakfast hours were extremely limited due to staff shortages. The most absurd rule was regarding towel usage—guests were expected not to stain them (e.g., no dirt or lipstick). The owner even complained that his wife couldn’t remove stains and had to use a laundry service, implying it was an inconvenience. When I offered to cover the laundry cost, I later discovered that another guest, not his wife, had actually taken the towels to a local laundry. Throughout my stay, the owner frequently complained about previous guests, describing them as a burden on his business. This negativity only added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. Given the price I paid, I expected far better service and professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel!

Very clean and helpful staff. Host gave me all the helpful tips to explore the Torres Del Paine national park. Good breakfast. It is away from the town center but just a few minutes car ride, so not a big problem.

This hotel is amazing. The hosts treated us like family. The owner even sat with me for hours and helped me plan the best Patagonia trip.

The owners were extremely nice. We arrived not having an itinerary and they told us exactly what to do, which turned out to be perfect. We had a great stay in Patagonia thanks to them!

We left the hosteria pioneros a day early because of the horrible conditions there. We found this very nice hotel and excellent staff. Casa verde is a place I will recommend wholeheartedly.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo. Nos atendieron muy bien, muy cordiales y simpáticos sus dueños. El desayuno es muy rico y siempre nos ofrecían huevos fritos. Volvería feliz a este lugar nuevamente.

The owners are so kind and helpful. Lee booked cabs for us, took care of our dinners and helped us with all kinds of questions. The food they offer is korean and it's delicious.

Overall fantastic stay. The accomodations are clean and tidy, the water and heating are excellent, everything is taken care in a very thoughtful manner. Good breakfast and great options of korean dishes for the other meals. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Puerto Natales.

This family owned property is clean, comfortable and quiet. The care of clients and service provided by the owners is excellent.

De mala mabera y no esta en la cuydad esta en zona rural y ers de casy madrugada con muy mal clima

Siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a que pasáramos una grata estadía en Natales
