El edificio es muy viejo, no tienen elevador me tocó en el piso 4 no quisieron proporcionarme una toalla extra ahora me lastimé mi cintura por subir mi maleta por las escaleras, ustedes de expidia deberían de decir que no tienen elevadores, pésimo

No estaban notificados de mi reservación, preguntaron por teléfono que tipo de habitación me darían. Soy mayor de edad y me mandaron al último piso, les dije que tenía las rodillas lastimadas, pero no pudieron cambiar la habitación.
