Fantastic value and everything you would want from a hotel service perspective
Pros:

Staff gave excellent service, always welcoming. Special mention to kitchen staff, fantastic service at breakfast. Excellent laundry service. All round fabulous place to stay and great value for money.

O ambiente natural e balinês.

Cons:

As roupas, lençóis de má qualidade e enxovalhados. Não pude tomar banho porque não tinha toalhas. Não tinha shampoo, pasta dos dentes… casa de banho velha. Cheiro a mofo. Panqueca do pequeno almoço mal confecionada. Café solúval mal apresentado. Tudo no restaurante era mal apresentado. Toalhas enxovalhadas. Um hotel com uma ambiência belíssima, mas a estrutura, sobretudo os wc, está em decadência por falta de renovação.

Lokasi stategis dekat pantai,, kamar luas dan lantai bersih, kolam juga terlihat bersih, sebagian staff fo dan hk cukup welcome.

Cons:

Penerangan dikamar cukup gelap, siaran TV tdk ada, aroma kamar mandi cukup mengganggu, tdk ada cangkir) gelas di kmr. Bed cover terlihat krg bersih bnyk noda. Staff restoran krg ramah ke tamu lokal.

Near to Kuta beach is the only advantage.
Pros:

Breakfast and swimming pool.

Cons:

Poor lighting in the room. Only 2 bedside lights, 2 white light bulbs outside bathroom and inside bathroom. Uncomfortable.
