Please note that there is a 0.88% charge when you pay with a Mastercard or Visa credit card, and a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

A cash bond of $500.00 is required per apartment or a $250 security bond which can be paid by Credit Card pre-authorization. On return of the apartment keys and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damages.

Please note that reception closes at 17:00 on Monday to Fridays and 12 noon on weekends. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange a credit card pre-authorization and after hours key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be canceled.

There is a charge if you arrive outside of reception opening hours.

Perfect stay for a Gold Coast trip
Pros:

Great location. Plenty of living space, with a balcony and ocean views. Pool area was very well maintained with lots of sun loungers. Onsite parking is very convenient. Good AC in all rooms.

An absolute disaster that sent us packing for home after just 45 minutes.
Pros:

The apartments building location was central to many eateries and close to the beach.

Cons:

Booking.com had the wrong check-in times, meaning no one was there to meet us when we arrived at 3pm. This made battling a broken lift fob, calling after-hours support, and dealing with an incorrect room key even more frustrating. Once finally inside the room, it smelled damp, felt humid, and featured dated decor, and tired carpets. To top it off, we were advised only two hours prior to our arrival (while enroute) that both split-system AC units in the apartment were broken. With no portable ACs available, no alternative rooms to switch to, and an insulting offer of a 40cm desk fan instead of fair compensation given the nightly rate, we refused to stay and drove straight home. Complete waste of time and fuel. Avoid!

Ok value for the money spent compared to others, but could really do with some money spent on it!
Pros:

Location is amazing, close to the beach, shops and the tram. The apartment is very dated and could very much do with being refurbished and tidied up.

Cons:

Furniture and bathrooms very old and dated, the carpet and blinds very dirty.

Location is very convenient. Older units and a little dated but comfortable and well appointed
Pros:

Location was outstanding. There were no staff from 2pm on Friday for the entire of the long weekend. We had our power short out and were without lights and most power points for well over an hour.
We were also not informed about the pool, spa and sauna being out of order.

Cons:

Recreational areas closed without notice being given either at booking or when contact was made by staff several times. Staff contacted us because there reception is closed from 2pm Friday and does not reopen until Monday (which was not the case for us. As Monday was a public holiday) We did not see single staff member.

Run down apartment in desperate need of repair and refurbishment

Large apartment in a great central location

Cons:

Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, our toddler found a large toe nail clipping in the lounge room, pots in the kitchen were not clean, all our dining chair legs were wobbly, hazardous flooring, stained curtains, poor air-conditioning, apartment not furnished as advertised in photos.
