Please note that there is a 0.88% charge when you pay with a Mastercard or Visa credit card, and a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

A cash bond of $500.00 is required per apartment or a $250 security bond which can be paid by Credit Card pre-authorization. On return of the apartment keys and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damages.

Please note that reception closes at 17:00 on Monday to Fridays and 12 noon on weekends. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange a credit card pre-authorization and after hours key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be canceled.

There is a charge if you arrive outside of reception opening hours.

Very spacious apartment, well equipped. Fantastic location.

Cons:

Our apartment was at the back of the building which now overlooks a massive noisy building site.
Noise starts around 6:30am. We booked 6 months ago having been warned that the pool would be undergoing repairs for approx 4 months. Still being worked on 6 months later with no end in sight.

Clean, cheap apartment. Facilities are outdated but it was fine for our purpose of stay. Very spacious with 2 bathrooms
Pros:

Central location close to where we had a function to attend. Spacious with 2 bathrooms and a laundry.

Cons:

No safety features on the windows which could be dangerous if you have children. The apartment is quite outdated.

Great facilities washer and dryer and kitchen .

Cons:

Was dirty and you couldn’t open the windows. The dishes were dirty very old pans that you dare not cook on but the stainless steel pans were fine . The carpet was dirty and the place looked very run down , however apart from that it was fine .

Location was great and accommodation was spacious. Our family in unit 803 had much better

We were not given correct second key and only one fob which made it hard to come and go between the 4 of us. The garage was very cramped and there were no instructions sent to us on how to get into the building. The apartment was quite run down and the second bathroom toilet seat needs replacement. We had a hole in the ensuite toilet door.

Cons:

New toilet seat in second bathroom. It needs to be dusted. Better instructions on how to access garage etc and also we did not know about the pool on level 4 until the last day when a tenant told us.

Good location and size but at the cost of modern comforts
Pros:

The lady at concierge was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious with amazing views and great access to shops and the beach. Beds were comfortable and well made. Good sized balcony and great BBQ and pool facilities downstairs.

Cons:

Furniture was dated. The airconditioning was not working (used fans instead and received a text prior to inform of no air-conditioning) and when inspected airconditioners had mould. The carpets were old and musty. Overall the apartment was quite run down, needed a refresh and looked nothing like the website.

I had stayed here before and enjoyed my stay better then , don’t think I’ll stay here again.
Pros:

The only thing good about my stay this time was the location

Cons:

Appartment needs a deep clean, floors and carpets filthy and so much dust.
Only 1 toilet roll and towels for 1 bathroom when there was 2.
Appartment wasn’t serviced in 10 days.

There was construction next to the building that unbearable noise started at 6.30 in the morning, not the property fault but would never have booked if we knew. The apartment looked clean but was filthy when inspected properly under tables, cutting boards, vents etc
