Please note that there is a 0.88% charge when you pay with a Mastercard or Visa credit card, and a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

A cash bond of $500.00 is required per apartment or a $250 security bond which can be paid by Credit Card pre-authorization. On return of the apartment keys and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damages.

Please note that reception closes at 17:00 on Monday to Fridays and 12 noon on weekends. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange a credit card pre-authorization and after hours key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be canceled.

There is a charge if you arrive outside of reception opening hours.

Amazing location
Pros:

Value for money. This apartment was bigger than I expected. Very comfortable. Location was perfect. Right near the beach, with shops, restaurants and cafes literally down stairs.
I loved staying here and would want to come back.

Cons:

Communication wasn’t great. I messaged the property a few days before arrival and received no response.
Tea/coffee provided in the room but no milk.

Pros:

good location, and that is it.

Cons:

there was construction just outside of the building, and the way i get my deposit back was dramatic. the cleanliness of the property need more work. the bath tub plug was not fitted.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Lots of construction happening on at least 3 sides of the building. Not sure when work is allowed to start on weekdays but it was before 8am. A bit later on the Saturday..... no relaxing coffee on the terrace for us.The property met my expectations but the construction noise encroached on our ' let's reset late week get away'.

Because the apartments are privately owned, two of the apartments were very nice however one was quite underwhelming and average cleanliness with dirt on the ceiling.

Pros:

Massive room - both bedrooms had ensuites, and its about 2 blocks from the beach. There is currently a construction site next door which was noisy during the day but we were out so it didn't matter, and it was dead silent at night so no problems sleeping.

Checkin was easy and they allowed us in early, got an uber from out the front and down the street to the airport easily too (the property is on a pedestrian mall). Good food and bar options nearby, and the tram is about a 5-10 minutes walk I think - we didn't really use it.

I didnt like the process of checking in arriving after 2pm and no staff available, i thought this was a standard check-in time and you choose not to have anyone there? Unusual! Noise from surrounding construction. Noise in general - windows should be double glazed in that location. Apartment old and tired. Not cleaned properly, visible dirt and fluff behind laundry door and beside tub. Bathroom is a nightmare and an accident waiting to happen. Too high to access safely and then trying to exit after shower with wet feet is not safe. Broken tiles behind bathroom door covered over with paper? Went to turn the lamp on in bedroom and whole thing fell apart, wasnt even connected...pretty sure thats a hazard!

The place suited our needs, it was comfortable enough, plenty of room for us all, suited our needs,
Pros:

It was in a great location.

Cons:

It lacked a bit of basic maintenance, air con controllers didn’t work in all rooms, bed heads had fallen off walls, toilet roll holder fell off, the shower had an old cake of soap left on the soap holder with someone else’s hair still on it, one of the toilets looked like it had been used before our stay.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great location. Great for 4 people size wise. Pool was nice.

Cons:

The property needs a really good clean, very dusty. The decoration through out is very dirty and needs replacing. Smells musty. No air conditioning in rooms, and can’t open any windows. A lot of construction going on right beside our balcony, and spa wasn’t usable.
