Nuestra estancia en Casa Teka fue excelente y superó nuestras expectativas. Es un hotel pequeño, muy acogedor, limpio y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son bonitas y cómodas, con una cama y almohadas muy confortables, lo que nos permitió dormir perfectamente en un ambiente muy tranquilo.
El cenote dentro del hotel es absolutamente impresionante: el agua es cristalina y de una belleza increíble. Además, es una gran ventaja porque no depende de la temporada de sargazo, por lo que siempre se puede disfrutar de agua limpia.
La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 3 minutos caminando de la playa, y alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y cafés.
El personal es muy amable y atento. Una agradecimiento especial a Tania y Franco de recepción, que fueron muy atentos con todas nuestras solicitudes y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar.
Altamente recomendado. Sin duda volveríamos. Una experiencia realmente especial en Tulum.

The location just off the beach was fantastic. We were big fans of the Tallum beach experience. It was comfortable and the cenote in the jungle was special.
The floors in the rooms were slippery, even when dry. They should use a different cleaning liquid.
I liked the location of the hotel and the cenote. The decor was fitting too. friendly staff.
There are no facilities at this hotel. no option for breakfast. very basic. no lobby, no music and not on the beach.
The cenote was nice but the 4 sun loungers were often taken by non hotel guests who pay to use it.
Bike rental as advertised wasn't available without complaining - we did manage to get the 2 bikes we needed but had to share with other guests.
No beach access and no public beach near (without a bike) so had to pay to use a beach club at $75 each per day.
Fantastic room, very comfortable, and super location. Staff were very helpful also. And great to have access to cenote onsite too.
Very close to the main clubbing area so could hear music into the early morning. Would recommend ear plugs, once you have them it’s no problem.
