I had the pleasure of staying at 4Guest Hotel in Yerevan and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt at home.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for both rest and remote work.

A special thank you to Julia at the front desk, whose exceptional service and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. She was always available to assist with any questions, gave great local recommendations, and made me feel truly cared for during my time in Yerevan.

The location is also convenient, close enough to the city center while still offering a calm, residential feel. Overall, I highly recommend 4Guest Hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. I would absolutely stay here again.

Terrible hotel. They say they speak English but don't really. Not very well. Because of this, we had some miscommunication. They are offering ironing service, so I asked them to iron some clothes. Instead they washed them and put them in the drier. All clothes ruined. That turned ugly real fast with them not understanding English and me having my clothes ruined. I wanted to leave it there. But my friend gave them a bad review on Booking.com. Now they're asking him to take down his review or they will go to the police and go to Booking.com. Seriously, we've had a bad experience, that's just how it is. Threatening to go to the police because we place a bad review just makes me create bad reviews on other platforms as well.

In short: I don't recommend. Also the rooms are really tiny.

I understand that this hotel us about 1 year old. The decor is all clean lines with attractive splashes of colour. The room size is fine. I was solo but I think 2 people who don’t hate each other can easily and peacefully share a room. The room - the entire hotel, in fact - is spotless. I don’t mean there are 1 or 2 dusty areas. I mean absolutely epic and span. Although slippers are provided, I walked around barefooted in my room for my entire stay; that’s how clean the room is. The housekeeping staff are totally on the ball. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby on all 4 nights. I didn’t experience any loud noises that disturbed my rest. Breakfast was good and the chef is very accommodating to make what you want. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Actually, all of the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel a little ways away from the city centre but a quick taxi ride will get you there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it!

My first trip to Armenia and reaching the hotel on the first night of my arrival was a welcome relief at the end of my travels.
The reception and housekeeping staff (Vera, Ynessa, George, and Emma) were kind and accommodating, and shared homemade cooking and Christmas treats with me!
The facilities were sparkling clean, hygienic, well maintained, and I highly recommend this hotel for visitors looking for a safe and exceptional hotel close to the airport and city centre.

We were in this for two weeks with our family and everything was perfectly arranged. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. Also important to mention is that the airconditioning was working pefect, everywhere in the hotel (because it was very hot outside). We absolutely recommand this hotel to our friends and family.
