Pros:

The view and the hotel itself its quite charming

Cons:

Property is ok but not much attention to details in terms of Hsk and no turn down service , for this price will expect more . The food is also pretty basic , not good food

La carte du soir trop semblable tous les soirs.
Pas prévenu des travaux au marteau piqueur à coté de l'hotel.

Trevligt men saknar personlighet
Pros:

tt bra boende i förhållande till priset, med nära till stranden. När vi var där i mars var det tyvärr ganska mycket alger på stranden, vilket gjorde att vi inte badade där så mycket.

Hotellet är litet och väldigt intimt, vilket skapar en mysig och lugn känsla. Poolområdet är trevligt och maten är helt okej med tanke på att man är i Tanzania. Sammantaget ett trevligt ställe att bo på.

Cons:

Jag tyckte att maten kändes ganska tråkig och att rätterna liknade varandra mycket när det gäller ingredienser.

Man blir också ganska bunden till hotellområdet. Stranden upplevdes som ansträngande eftersom det är många försäljare där, och hela området känns ganska inhägnat.

Eftersom hotellet är så litet och det rör sig mycket personal runt omkring kan man ibland känna sig lite iakttagen.

Vid ankomsten upplevde jag dessutom att receptionisten hade ett väldigt inövat sätt att välkomna gäster, vilket gjorde att bemötandet kändes mindre personligt. Överlag saknar både personalen och hotellet en mer personlig och varm känsla.

The staff tried to do their best but unfortunately incompetent. Manager was not available

First of all, this hotel doesn't deserve a 5 star rating in every aspect. Non functional bathroom
Our entrance to the room was in the small lobby from the hotel with no privacy, but the worst was that our daughter staying at the property next door was not allowed on the premises
We had to book her in the hotel next door as there was no availability in the hotel. Our daughter was rudely approached to leave
We clearly didn't want to stay anymore in this environment and tried to be in contact with the manager who was not available nor in person or by phone. We have received no refund or any token of compassion
Horrible experience and ask booking herewith not to rate this hotel in this category. Will also contact SLH with the same request

Firade jul med döttrarna och det var super schysst

Läget, personalen, få rum, exklusiv känsla, internationellt, bra fixat runt jul, bra standard på gästerna
