This resort is highly recommended. Rooms are big and clean, view is fantastic, staff are very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant is very good. The menu includes Filipino and other cuisine like Italian. The mango float is very good. Tuktuk or private van can be booked at reception.
Nothing really, just opportunity to improve. Shower warer could be warmer and more toilet paper should be given to guests.

The constant piano music being piped in all day - we didn't need it; we tried to avoid it after three days. Please either turn it off or have a variety of music at a lower volume
ausgesprochenes Wohlfühlhotel in einer kleinen, sehr gepflegten Anlage in der alles bis zum kleinsten Detail funktioniert. Es wird vom Eigentümer und seiner Familie selbst geführt und man wird verwöhnt von einer Armee gut geschultem Personal. Zimmer und Balkon sind groß und blitzsauber, ausgezeichnete Küche mit großer Auswahl an europäischen und asiatischen Gerichten. Von der Hauptstraße ca 1km entfernt, daher sehr ruhig und in grüner Umgebung.
The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel grounds are very pleasant. This is not a big hotel but they are making an effort in everything. They help to arrange transfer, allow us to remain On the hotel ground past check-out, etc.
The restaurant takes a little time to prepare the meals but nothing bad.
This is a very beautiful hotel. Large, clean rooms, balcony is the same size, as a room, ocean view, has a big pool, a bar and a restaurant with a huge variety of dishes.
The staff were super friendly, always helpful.
Good place to snorkel, lots of fish and turtles.

Large room, huge bed, balcony looking to sea. Snorkelling great, just swim straight out till you get to drop off.
On arrival no welcome drink, just a list of rules to listen to.
Only warm, not hot water in shower.
It rained during the night and there was water over the floor, our luggage got wet. Balcony doors were fully shut.
Coffee maker in room, great, but it cost 90ps to buy a capsule.
But George was absolutely great the waiter in the hotel and resort

숙소에서 바로 스노클링을 할수있다는게 제일 큰 장점. 뷰 좋고 식사도 좋아요.
시내에서 멀고 셔틀이 유료입니다. 일찍 일정이 있어 아침조식으로 도시락을 신청했는데 갖다주지않고 직접 와서 가져가라는 전화를 받았어요. 5분전에 로비에서 올라온터라 좀 당황스러웠어요. 몇가지 문의에도 직원이 그다지 친절하지 않았습니다.
Ligt mooi aan zee en je kan vanuit de kust zo het water in lopen met de eigen steiger. Het is wel een stukje zwemmen maar dan kom je bij het koraal met veel vissen.
Het is redelijk prijzig voor Filipijnse begrippe

No Beach no toast for breakfast
I like the sea view from our room.
There is no elevator. We were given a room on the highest floor and it made it difficult for a family of 6 to go up with luggage, although to be fair, we had help from the male staff. On departure day, we had to carry all the luggage by ourselves. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a very deep bathtub, but has no shower installed. I guess they expect guests to soak in the bathtub to get cleaned for the duration of their stay, Overall, it looks like this hotel is a work in progress. It is way too remote from "civilization" and there is no sandy beach. It literally stands on the water edge. I definitely won't recommend it for a family stay. It is more for divers, swimmers, and the like.

The restaurant had run out of many menu choices. Restaurant staff need a bit more training.
