部屋が綺麗で落ち着ける。
Pros:

オシャレな部屋と空間で非日常を満喫出来て良かった。
壁一面のプロジェクターでテレビや映画鑑賞が出来るのは凄くいい。

Cons:

せっかく自炊が、出来る設備があるが、冷蔵庫が小さくて入れられるものが限られてしまうのが残念。
部屋に、気付きにくい小さな段差があって躓きやすい。

L'appartement est spacieux, nous étions 3 et c'était parfait.
L'accessibilité au logement est facile, la remise des cartes en rendant le logement était simple et le personnel est très gentil.
L'appartement est bien situé et beaucoup de restaurants et autres magasins sont à proximité.

性價比極高，老闆娘非常熱心也很客氣
Pros:

乾淨 舒服 空間非常的大 家庭出遊的話 是個非常棒的選擇

Cons:

住宿在二樓，但電梯早上八點後才會開放該樓層，若是很早就出門的人，要自己把行李走樓梯扛下一樓，唯獨這點對早早出門的人有點不便

使う側のシチュエーション次第かな、と思います
Pros:

清潔でスタッフの方の対応も良かったです

Cons:

繁華街にあるので、外で騒いでいる方の声が夜中までうるさかったです。（奥の寝室だけを使う人数であれば、問題ないかもしれません）
また、室内に段差が多く、見づらいので何度か足を踏み外しかけました
