1泊に限りましたが、もうちょい泊まりたかったと思える宿泊でした
Pros:

とても広く、かつ清潔感があり、立地も大変良かったです！
静岡駅や駅周辺の飲み屋街があり、友人7人で泊まりましたが、全員で飲み会をすぐに近場の居酒屋で開催できるほど盛り上がれる環境でした。
また、渋滞にはまりチェックインが間に合わない状況になった際も、丁寧な対応を電話及びショートメッセージでしていただきました。

トイレとお風呂は広々としており、とても綺麗なのでそこら辺気になる人はいいと思います。
スタッフの方はとても丁寧に対応してくださるので、もしもの事や不明な点があると聞いてみるといいと思います。

Cons:

提携駐車場があり、1台目無料、２台目以降は1,100円か1,500円になると書いてありましたが、どうやらホテル公式HPからの予約に限った話であったそうで、Booking.comからの予約では対象外のようでした。
そのため、2台で行ったのですが各1,500円かかってしまいました。
その旨はHPにもちゃんと書いてあるのでちゃんと読みましょう。

위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 도보로 시즈오카 중심부를 다 해결할 수 있었고 일본에서 이런 숙소는 이 가격에 구하기 힘든데 3인이 머무르기 최적인 곳 이었습니다. 넓고 깔끔하고 모던한 시설에 집기 다 갖춰있는 숙소입니다.
리셉션 직원분도 친절하고 도착시간 메세지 확인 해주셨어요.무료 주차권을 받아서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

실내가 건조한거 빼고 별다른 점은 없습니다. 모든게 마음에 들었어요.

Worth to pay, nice room, comfortable, not far from main station.
Pros:

Room is spacious, bed room and bathroom is big. They allow us to have early check in that make us very comfortable. Reception and house keeper were very nice to us.

Cons:

Room and check in reception is a not on the same building and make us confuse at first but not that difficult to find out.

民宿位置相对便捷

Cons:

关于超出一小时退房需要补交2200日元/人，这个情况实在令人不舒服。没有见过这样的民宿，并且在入住时没有明确的提示，很过分。且房间没没有可以放东西和吃东西的大一点的桌椅，很难受。

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
Pros:

This is one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Convenient location, friendly staff. Luxury but homey feel. The projector and sound system is the highlight here for me. It's very accomodating to enjoy steeping the tea you would buy in the area.
Literally a 1 minute walk away, there's a konbini open 24 hours, and a Gusto cafe with decent karaage. The cafe honestly is better than most hotel breakfasts, with free Wi-Fi. And the reception desk is basically connected to the train station.
I stayed in Seed Haus 301 and it's perfect for one person. I'm honestly considering booking an extended stay there in the near future, in one of the bigger rooms which I'm sure are even more impressive. I love Shizuoka. Sure, it's not some over the top fancy lobby like some 5 star hotel, but in terms of practicality it cannot get any better than this. Seriously, incredible place to stay. I wish more hotels like this existed. Daisuki!

The shower/bath could smell just a little, presumably from the floor drain and ventilation, but that can't be helped. The smell goes away once you're actually in there showering, and it's a clean, luxurious bathroom nonetheless.

Pros:

市街地の中心にあるけれど、中に入ると別空間という感じでとても落ち着く。内装一つ一つとてもこだわっていて、オシャレ。照明の色や明るさは、明るすぎず暗すぎず、リラックスできるちょうど良い具合。そして部屋がとても広い。駐車場代がかかるかと思っていたらサービス券をつけてくれる。電子レンジあり、冷蔵庫あり（冷凍庫と分かれて使えるタイプ）、ドリップコーヒーなどのサービスもあり。ネトフリがプロジェクターで見れるし、ちょっとしたパターゴルフができるようにもなっている。今回は行かなかったけれど、温泉の入浴券がもらえるなど、色々痒いところに手が届くサービスがあって申し分なし！

離靜岡車站步行約 8 分鐘，沿途有許多商店可逛，生活機能便利。房間寬敞又乾淨，若有來靜岡旅遊，是相當不錯的住宿選擇。
