Staff is rude. Had some argument with the front-desk staff regarding keeping my small book bag prior to check in. Showed zero interest to help a pre-paid customer.

Pros:

I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby.
