Nice room, but don't expect free parking a breakfast.
Pros:

The bed was very comfy, for a hotel bed and the room was clean.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking is not only a scam, but a weird way to nickle and dime your customers. Also, your breakfast is a joke, Im not paying $12 for a breakfast burrito or $5 for a plain bagel. Breakfast should be free at a hotel, period.

bed is clean, lots of the things in room doesn't work and front desk attitude is bad.
Cons:

bathroom fan doesn't work, and shower only no tub. the usb charge beside the bed doesn't work. front desk won't help anything and was telling us they would call and try to fix it the next day, no more rooms available.

Even though the water pressure was low, I would definitely recommend to friends and family; would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Clean, smelled fantastic upon entry, rooms comfortable and very clean! Perfect safe location with lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to highway and downtown. Fantastic friendly staff!

I just wish hotels would go back to checking rooms before booking them. It could elevate your experience.
Cons:

It doesn’t seem like any of the hotels nowadays check the maintenance of the rooms before booking them. I shouldn’t have to call the front desk about a sink backing up. They supposedly clean the rooms daily which means that they whoever cleans should know there’s a drain problem. These type mishaps are extremely annoying to say the least. Also, how about leaving more than just (2) towels in a room of (2) people. I’m a large man and need more than just one towel. Correct these type problems and patrons would have a much better experience at your hotels. I loved the gym. Clean, well maintained equipment.

Lovely night thank you, Naomi!
Pros:

The receptionist, Naomi, was so helpful, kind, and informative. She was very nice explaining any complications with out booking and helping us work through them. She was very knowledgeable and even dealt with a very difficult guest with so much patience, even when it could have been a very dangerous situation for her. We appreciated her so much!

Cons:

No security for overnight staff and guests.
