Cons:

Booking.com was selling rooms in that hotel without getting a confirmation that the rooms were available. And the rooms were not available. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel was sold out many hours ago, way before we booked the room.

The fact that… booking.com said $100 returnable deposit… Marriott said $250 and you couldn’t decline or dispute because you would be charged a nights stay anyway… and then they hold it for 10 days🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️
… we were not given breakfast vouchers which were suppose to come with my price… very disappointed and I use booking.com faithfully… not happy about this one‼️

The staff was very hospitable, the location was very convenient.

Cons:

The was a front desk employee that told me that only rewards members where entitled to a late checkout. The employees who handled my checkout informed me that he was misinformed and they also informed me that i was a rewards member gave me my rewards # .

Loved the room. Placing and furniture set up made the room very spacious an cozy. Staff was awesome. The outlet is walking distance plus a few restaurants. Definitely will be booking here everytime im in charlotte.

Cons:

Only think i mayb didnt like but also did was the show had no door but at the same time the shower setup was great. Love where u turned on your water at. It makes since.

Disappointed
Pros:

The property was fine. The room was clean. The problem was no hot water in the bathtub so we could not get a shower.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the bathtub to get a shower. We had to wash up at the sink to have hot water! I went downstairs and I told the front staff, she said OK sorry, and that was it. She didn’t even ask our room number or write anything down I said don’t you need my room number and she said yes and she still didn’t write anything down. I just feel like I should’ve gotten something back on my room for not being able to take a hot shower.

Stay was denied
Pros:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Cons:

Front desk receptionist was just there to be there absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for refusing me my room once i arrived and after booking with booking.com i was told the card i used to reserve the room they dont accept nor would they accept anything other card for me to pay my deposit & receive a room i drove over 4 hours & was left in the cold with my luggage to find somewhere else to stay
