Pros:

訳あり
風呂無しは大浴場でカバーできても、女性の洗い場は三ヶ所しかありませんでした。混雑時は無理です。
また、窓のない部屋は朝か夜かも分かりません。客室としては最低です。

遮音性に難あり
Pros:

ビジネスホテルながら、大浴場があるのは魅力的
提携駐車場もすぐ近くなので、無理して地下に止まるより提携駐車場の方がいいくらい
マイナスポイントは、遮音性の低さ
隣からうがいする様子が聞こえてきてゲンナリ
で、遮音性は悪名高いレオパレス以下です

古さを十二分にカバーする努力と工夫が光るホテル
Pros:

全体的に建物や室内の古さは否めないものの、逆に今のビジネスホテルでは珍しい大浴場やマッサージチェア、充実した朝食バイキングなどの嬉しいサービス面がありがたいです。
さらに、丁寧な接客、徹底したコロナ対策、清潔な室内など、努力と創意工夫でカバーできるところは完璧を目指す、という点、古さを補って余りある、好感が持てるホテルでした。近くで泊まるときにはまた利用させて頂きたいと思います。

駐車場は無料にしてほしい
Pros:

駅前なので買い物などには不便なく過ごすことができました。室内は広くは無いのですが、必要なものは一通り揃っています。加湿器and空気清浄機が完備されているので、これからの乾燥の季節は有難いです。駐車場が有料で、かなり狭いです。

Enough to sleep but cheap.
Pros:

The hotel staff who seems like from Vietnam, was very friendly. Thanks for your smile. The room wasn’t very clean just enough to sleep. All equipments in the room, all I can say is cheap.

Pros:

部屋のお風呂のシャワーヘッドの交換が必要
自分が宿泊した部屋のシャワーヘッドがたまたまダメだっただけかも知れませんが、穴の数が少なく水流が強すぎで、とても身体に痛くて浴びることが出来ません。
ここだけが問題で、それ以外は、良かったと思います。
