Pros:

What I liked about the property was it was very safe. The windows were wide open. There was air flowing through the place. I felt like I was living in the Hut on the beach very Bohemia hippie like but very clean and friendly staff I like how you can just rent a surfboard there they have everything just ask for it. You don’t know what you can receive.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. It was just a little bit noisy at night but they give you ear earplugs, which is perfectly fine and I had a little friendly bird that would come in and say hi but very harmless.

Fabulous boutique style hotel that has been beautifully planned.
Pros:

Beautifully situated, outstanding decor and vistas. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable.

Amazing and super comfortable stay!
Pros:

The views are amazing, the warm jacuzzi was so good, the food was really really good and portions were more than enough, all the staff was extremely attentive and made me feel super taken care of! I went to Vallartas for a very stressful work trip and by the end I didn’t want to leave! I’d come back every time!

Un hotel donde no hay forma de que la pases mal
Pros:

Todo el hotel es excelente. La estética es de primer nivel. La vista al mar y al atardecer es espectacular. La atención de primera. Totalmente recomendable.

Pros:

Un lugar excepcional, donde la vista que tiene te atrapa. El personal super amables todos, desde Carlos en la recepción, Violeta en la limpieza y Hugo en el bar, por mencionar con los que tuve mas interacción, pero en general todo su equipo de maravilla. La habitación Diego tiene una vista privilegiada. Y hay que mencionar que super limpio. El desayuno y comida estuvieron muy ricos. Los drinks una delicia gracias a Hugo. Sin duda, regresaré en mi próxima estadía en Vallarta!.

Disappointing!
Pros:

Daniel was the redeeming factor, very helpful and great personality. Room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

To have the word “luxury” in your name is a joke. One is trapped up here as nowhere closeby to eat so we had one dinner and it was awful! Every plate had a chip, coffee mugs at breakfast chipped. Can’t get hold of anyone, happy hour no barman to be found. Front desk unfriendly and no English spoken. Honestly a disappointing stay apart from the view but those are a dime a dozen!
