Limpieza, belleza del lugar
Todos esta de lujo!
We had a great time at Patio Azul. The location was quiet, and the view from the property was stunning! The staff was very friendly, especially Carlos at the front desk. Our penthouse was very comfortable.
There was a power outage one evening (a common occurrence during storms), but the hotel did not have candles for the rooms. It would have been a nice touch!

Todo fue muy bonito, en especial la arquitectura del hotel que permite apreciar una vista privilegiada, el diseño interior del hotel es muy hermoso en especial el área de la piscina y la habitación "ajolote" que nos toco es muy muy hermoso.
Se me hace muy creativo e innovador que las habitaciones no tengan numeros sino nombres de animales exóticos, excelente detalle.
Otra cosa que nos encanto es la comida, mis felicitaciones para el chef y para la atención de todo el personal.
Agradecimiento especial para Carlos, que fue la persona que nos recibió y nos dio una bienvenida calurosa, me voy muy contento.
No tengo nada malo que decir, pero si algo puedo sugerir es acerca del peso de la cobija, esto para nada debe intervenir en si elegir este hotel o no ya que es muy fácil quitarla y quedarse solo con la sabanas.

The hotel layout was very unique and the staff were so warm and friendly. The views from the hotel room and the communal areas were stunning.
The only downside is that there are no elevators so if you have luggage, you have to carry it up/downstairs. The only other thing which was totally outside of the hotel's control was that it was so stormy one night there was a power outage, which was quite scary if you're a solo traveller but thankfully the power came back on not too long after.
