Pros:

Totul ne place de fiecare data, ne simtim f bine, se vede accentul
Pe igiena in camere si prospetime in ceea ce priveste mancarea. Niciodata nu am avut nimic
Neplacut, revenim de cel putin 2 ori pe sezon in fiecare an. Este un loc in care nu te ploctisesti oricat stai. Felicitari si aprecieri!

Cons:

- rog de cativa ani sa fie incalzita piscina copiilor din exterior. Este pacat, cand este vant sau frig afara, nu este suficient de ok apa. Cea interioara este inczita dar adanca. Este bazin de inot. Multumesc.
- in camere ar fi de apreciat pt 4-5 stele la hoteluri macar sa fie sampoane, geluri si conditioner de calitate mai buna, in dispozitive mai mari nu mini.

It was okay, but nothing spectacular.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at the Phoenicia Royal. The staff was friendly, they give us our rooms a little bit earlier than expected and arranged them next to each other, which was very convenient. Also parking was guaranteed by the hotel, and the room was clean with a beautiful sea view.

Cons:

Poor value for money. The property feels outdated and underinvested, with a very 2010s look. It would benefit from a major renovation and architectural redesign to justify its current price. The food was mediocre, can do better for a 5 star staying how they like to consider. Also it was a problem with the beach with many sharp shells and a lot of seaweed in the water during our staying.

Ok pentru un weekend prelungit
Pros:

Camerele foarte spațioase amenajate cu bun gust. Cafeaua si mancarea sunt un mare plus pentru hotel. Locurile de joaca pentru copii foarte frumoase.

Cons:

Piscinele invechite ,degradate si cam murdare pentru un hotel de 4-5 stele.
