Pleasant, clean, and comfortable
Pros:

Nice property, looks new, and everything is beautiful.

Cons:

Room needs a luggage stand and a garage can in the room, not just the bathroom.

Modern comfy place to stay
Pros:

Spacious, clean, comfy room. Excellent breakfast, super service. Got to do a (free) load of laundry, even got the detergent for it.
Ate dinner at the restaurant and loved the smashed burger. Friendly attentive staff. Really everything was great!

Cons:

If I had to pick something: no hand held shower. But the huge walk in shower made up for it.

A Delightful Stay, Highly Recommended
Pros:

The hotel looks brand new (I believe it was built six years ago). We loved the room, the floor looked like it was luxuary vinyl in a hardwood motif. The room was large and it had an excellent shower. The bed was very comfy. The free wifi was very good. The location is great.

Cons:

Ther included breakfast could have been better.

Friendly, helpful staff made for a great stay
Pros:

Greatly appreciated the restaurant open until 10pm. Arrived around 9:35 due to last off ferry and construction. Wait staff was super friendly and said there was no problem ordering since kitchen closed at 10. No pressure to finish meal by 10, even though I did try to finish quickly. À la carte breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

All great for quick one night stay.

Good looking hotel, great restaurant.
Pros:

We stayed one night before taking the ferry, it was perfect. Very nice room. We liked the overall look, too. Best part was the restaurant, food was delicious and the beer was good, too. We were too early for breakfast, but there was a small buffet available for those leaving before breakfast was served, much appreciated!

Cons:

complete separation of the rooms accepting animals and those who don't would have been perfect.

Pet friendly, location was great, roof top patio is lovely, food from the restaurant was really good. Also nice to have coffee and a selection of a few grab and go breakfast items in the lobby.

Cons:

I'm not sure what the role of the person in the main entry is, but they could be a bit friendlier and/or helpful, considering it's the first point of interaction with the hotel.
We had a buffet style breakfast in the Lady Slipper Room for one of our nights stay and it was great, with minimal wait time. The second night we stayed, the breakfast was in the dining room with full service which turned out to be a very long wait to be served and receive our food. I would suggest keeping the buffet style.
