Loin du tumulte du bord de mer
Pros:

Les logements sont situés entre Rawai et Kata, au calme, dans une végétation luxuriante.
Les logements me font penser a Bali, spacieux, décoration apuré, piscine entretenue.
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir été surclassé dans une villa pour 6. Magnifique !
L'accueil , le service et la gentillesse du personnel est remarquable.

Pros:

Мы прожили в отеле почти месяц. Все это время чувствовали заботу и уважение. Персонал отеля просто великолепен и дружелюбен, улыбчив и всегда готов помочь. Хотя Тайланд и так страна улыбок, здесь команда особенно заботливая. Территория отеля ухожена и красива. Завтраки вкусные- спасибо поварам. Мы были на байке, поэтому расположение отеля для нас было плюсом -на удалении от суеты и шума. Обязательно вернемся в следующем году.

Nice villas, shame about the location.
Pros:

The villa itself was nice, contemporary and clean with a comfortable large bed.
The pool was a good size.
The staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was good.
The tuk tuk service , small charge (although limited service).

Cons:

The location - it was a long way from any beach. Some shops and eateries were within a reasonable walking distance but the road to the shops was busy and without pavements. Certainly wouldn't attempt walking it at night.
We didn't want to hire a bike or rent a car so we were dependent on the tuk tuk service or cabs. The tuk tuk service runs, subject to availability, until 7pm at night (although if coming back from Rawai, only until 5 pm). The tuk tuk will take you to the nearest 7/11 or Lotus Fresh, Nai Harn beach and Rawai.
Although breakfast was good, other available snacks/meals weren't so good. Mediocre.
The pool is very nice. Note - there are approx 8 sun loungers around the pool. Fortunately, the pool was never busy when we used it, and there were always loungers free to use.
Note : there is ongoing construction work directly behind 3 or 4 of the pool access villas. We were initially allocated one of these villas, but moved to another when we expressed our reservations. We appreciate the staff's help with this.
You need to sign a breakage policy on arrival . Unfortunately we accidentally broke 2 drinking glasses, cost us approx £10 !
Essentially, we should have taken more note of previous reviews regarding the location. If you are happy to rent a bike, or hire a car, it's probably not an issue.

Ruhe und bequeme Unterkunft
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Service von Tuk tuk war sehr bequem für uns. Es fährt nicht überall hin sondern maximal bis zum Naihar oder Rawai Strand.
Ansonsten fährt es zum nächsten 7/11 oder zur einer Straße wo es viele Restaurants gibt.
Die Kommunikation läuft über WhatsApp und ist blitzschnell und sehr höflich.
Die Katzen gehören zum Hotel. Sie sind gepflegt, sehr zahm und lassen sich sehr gerne streicheln.
Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht gehabt- deswegen können nichts darüber sagen.
Hotelbar abends läuft bis 20:30 und die Preise sind etwa ähnlich wie in den Bars in der Stadt.
Fitnessstudio ist sehr rudimentär und wenn einer sich dem Training widmen möchte und an europäische Fitnessstudio gewöhnt ist sollte eigene Erwartungshaltung masigen. Jeder der Ahnung wird trotzdem ein Fullbody workout machen können.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Bungalow 3B hat vom Kondenswasser-Ablaufrohr ins Zimmer getopft. Wir haben es gemeldet und hoffen dass es bis zum nächsten Gast repariert worden ist.

Très bon accueil par la réception. Personnel très agréable !
Le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Les lieux sont propres et agréables. La piscine n'est pas en plein soleil mais justement c’est agréable au vu de la chaleur. L’eau est très propre et bonne!

Przepiękne wille. Cisza, spokój. Obiekt położony na uboczu. Najwygodniej mieć samochód lub skuter żeby móc się swobodnie przemieszczać. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, zadbane baseny i ogród.
