Es war ekelhaft von der Hygiene. Die Wände beschmiert, der Boden fleckig, die Vorhänge beschmutzt, in den Handtüchern vereinzelt Haare. Bett unbequem und man hat sich automatisch geekelt durch die mangelnde Sauberkeit

Un hotel muy básico para estancias rápidas en la zona de Universidad o en el Messe
Pros:

La habitación es correcta. No es muy grande pero es lo que podrías esperar. la zona de recepción tiene bastantes sofás y mesas para poder mantener una conversación con colegas o familiares

Cons:

La información en recepción al llegar fue mínima e incorrecta. No funcionaba la televisión. El parking era bastante caro considerando que había plazas fuera pero ocupadas y aparcamiento libre en las inmediaciones. Salía poca agua de la ducha. La almohada es finísima y el edredón pequeñísimo con lo que estás toda la noche peleando. El wi-fi es muy inestable y lento. Una sola persona para organizar el desayuno que, aunque muy eficiente, no podía tener todo controlado y nos quedamos sin cubiertos, sin vasos, sin opciones de comida... En fin, que es una opción económica pero que no da un mínimo de calidad.

Im Zweibettzimmer stand nur ein Stuhl. Handtücher waren nicht ausreichend.
Kleider könnte man nicht aufhängen. Putzkolonne total überfordert. Frühstück müsste in der Lobby eingenommen werden da alles belegt war

Das Hotel kann trotzdem empfohlen werden. Aufenthalt angenehm.
Cons:

Frühstücksraum kalte Atmosphäre. Tische werden nicht zeitnah abgeräumt und gereinigt. Geschirr und Besteck nicht immer ausreichend vorhanden. Auch mit dem Nachlegen lässt man sich Zeit.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, relativ neu, modern und sauber…die Lage ist gut,sehr ruhig und eine gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum.
Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und gemütlich, man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Leider ein Minuspunkt war da, der unangenehmer Geruch(Abfluss im Bad)Zim.317 , sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad war sehr störend. Durch viel lüften war es einigermaßen erträglich.

Als Zwischenstop sehr gut.
Pros:

Für eine Nacht auf dem Rückweg aus Südtirol sehr gut. Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Auswahl beim Frühstück völlig okay. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Für den Preis top!

Cons:

Mehr Besteck und Geschirr beim Frühstück wäre super - hier musste leider bereits um 8:30 gewartet werden. Schade, dass ausserdem zu dieser Zeit (Frühstück bis 10 am Wochenende) bereits die Croissants „aus“ waren.
Warum unsere Freunde umsonst im Parkhaus parken durften und wir dafür 12 € bezahlen mussten, erschließt sich mir nicht. Warum es in modernen Hotels keine Schränke oder Kommoden gibt? Für die eine Nacht war es okay.
