Pros:

Location was great, property was nice and appeared new. Breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

One day the cleaning folks did not clear the dirty glass and coffee mug. 2 days they did not replace the bag for the ice bucket. One day a couple of the towels left for us were threadbare and almost had holes. The final night we were only left 3 towels instead of the 4 that they had been leaving.

We had a peaceful restful stay
Pros:

Everyone was very nice! My request to have a bottom floor due to our special needs son was accommodated to which I am forever thankful. We were able to relax because he was able to relax. The property was clean, easily accessible and in a very convenient location.

All the employees I encountered were polite and helpful. It was such a help to have breakfast and I was delighted
to see gluten-free options and free range eggs! Thank you.

Cons:

There was one night where I could hear a number of younger people late into the night slamming doors and being loud. It was hard to sleep.
