Hotel interested in just collecting money but no customer care
Pros:

I asked for a refund as i advised in advance i had to cancel the reservation and they never get back to me with any answer

Cons:

I think it’s very unpolite to even not reply with any justification

Everything was great even the breakfast. It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Nice location and amenities for the price
Pros:

Location and breakfast, rooms were clean ,but didn’t like that they said they were out of pillows and there was only 2 small ones for a whole king bed!

Cons:

$100 dollar incidental charge per room/per night… I rented 2 rooms for 3 nights and it was 600$ charge for incidental’s prior to check-in… also bought something ands used my debit card and was still charged on my other incidental charged card!!!
