Check-In und -out schnell und unkompliziert. Alle Räume waren sauber, ausser die Fenster im Hotelzimmer. Der Standort war perfekt inmitten der Altstadt für Museumsbesuche. Ruhiger, angenehmer Hotel Standort, Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war toll.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war auf engem Raum aufgetischt, es entstanden lange Wartezeiten, da viele Hotelgäste gleichzeitig in diesem engen Raum an das Buffet wollten. Gleichzeitig kam das Personal aus der Küche und musste auch noch durch den engen Raum.

Purtroppo c’è il riscaldamento condominiale che rimane acceso, determinando una grande calura in camera. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte.
Ma questa cosa non si può addebitare alla struttura.

Nur die Lage allein zählt heute nicht mehr
Pros:

Fangen wir mit dem durchaus positiven an: der Lage. Perfekt für den Start eines Städetrips. Nah gelegen am Mailänder Dom und an vielen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Da wir die Lage zu einem Innenhof hatten, war es angenehm ruhig.

Cons:

Was uns jedoch störte, war der Service und das angebotene Frühstück. Beim Frühstück erwartete uns ein spartanisches Frühstück. Die Eier waren kalt und auch die Wurst neben dem Rührei war kalt und hat geschmeckt, als würde man Wiener Würstchchen (die Deutschen wissen, was ich meine) kalt essen - dies war um 07:30 Uhr. Vielleicht hat man hier Strom sparen wollen und hat die Herdplatte noch nicht angemacht. Auch der Kaffee war wässrig und total überzuckert. Dies kann daran liegen, dass zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes eine Kaffeemaschine kaputt war. Auch die verschiedenen Säfte waren sehr mit Wasser verdünnt. Unser zweites Frühstück hatten wir dann um 09:15 Uhr. Und von einem guten Start in den Tag kann man nicht sprechen. Zu viele Leute für einen zu kleinen Buffetbereich. Man musste lange anstehen und hatte auch nur einen gemeinsamen Ein- und Ausgang, der sehr klein war und daher hatte man ständig das Tablett seines Nachbarn im Rücken. Hier hätte man ein zweites Büffet oder gar gleich das ganze Buffet außen aufbauen können.

Für je 12€ ist das Frühstück absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Stück weiter gibt es Sandwiches und einen guten Kaffee für 10€, was deutlich besser war.

Was den Service betrifft, mussten wir in einem gebuchten Zweierzimmer Handtücher für eine Person vorfinden. Erst bei der Reinigung bekamen wir für zwei Personen Handtücher. Bei der Reinigung ist es leider auch nicht aufgefallen, dass man das Klopapier auffüllen muss und wir somit an der Rezeption nach Toilettenpapier nachfragen mussten.

Wer ein schlichtes Hotel mit Klimaanlage im Zimmer in bester Lage sucht ist hier richtig. Bestellt am besten das Frühstück ab und sucht euch in der Nähe deutlich schönere und billigere Möglichkeiten.
