موظف الاستقبال لورنزو سيء وعنصري الغرفة كان بها رائحة بول ولم يتم تنظيفها طلبت تبديل الغرفه لم يتجاوب وكان يقول لازم اشيك لكي اتأكد وكان يقول ومن الان (وهو في الاستقبال) لن يكون هناك رائحة ولم يتم تبديل الغرفه
بعد ذلك في الصباح تجاوب موظف الفترة الصباحية وهو محترم ديفيد وتم تبديل الغرفه ولكن هناك بعض الاغراض لم يتم نقلها فذهبت للاستقبال وهنا كان الموظف لورنزو متواجد وعند اخباره تعامل بعنف معي وبكلام سيء ، خذ اغراضك وسجل خروج نحن هنا لسنا جليسة الاطفال لك مع العلم اني دفعت قيمة الليلة ولم اطلب منه الا فقط جلب الاغراض الناقصة فقط والخطأ من الفندق لعدم نقل جميع اغراضي للغرفة الجديدة وكان تعامله معي في غاية عدم الاحترافية والمهنية يجب التعامل دائمًا مع السياح والضيوف بالشكل اللائق كانت تجربة وسيئة وتركت الفندق مع العلم موقعه يعتبر ممتاز لكن مثل هذا الموقف والتعامل السيء كان كفيل بخروجي من الفندق ولا انصح بالاقامة
