お風呂のお湯がつめたく、風邪をひきそうになりました。
さらに外国人が体を洗わずに風呂に入っているため、外国人向けにマナーを記載か説明して欲しいと思います。

朝食の段取りをもっとスムーズにして欲しい
子供2人の家族で利用。
アウトレットから近く、近くにコンビニもあり、便利です。
洋館の落ち着いた施設。お気に入りは暖炉があり、お風呂上がりにゆっくりな時間をすごせました。雪の翌朝の散歩も気持ちが良かったです。
スタッフの方も過剰すぎない感じが良かったです。
雪の季節のせいか、空調の効きが弱いかな。
It was a great location and nice Hotel. Had a small Onsen and rooms were large and clean. We did have a few Ants in our room and two spiders. They gave us some spray and we were able to rid them.
We stayed for 3 nights while doing sightseeing around Mount Fuji, and the location was great and close to a lot of tourist attractions. I was visiting, and can’t speak any Japanese but it wasn’t a problem with check in or the stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was great, and we enjoyed the amenities like the hot soaker tub after a long day. I would stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family if they were ever visiting.
自然環境がいい。換気もされていてゆったりできる。食事はそれなりな感じ。風呂はまあまあ広かった。富士スピードウェイがすぐ近く。
建物自体は古さを感じるが、内装はリニューアルされておりとても綺麗でした。近くにコンビニもあり、利便性の高く、また利用したいと思いました。

部屋、館内
清掃は行き届いており、まぁまぁ綺麗
携帯のAUの電波が、かろうじて1本と圏外の感じ、WiFiはなく無線LANはあるみたいだが
全てつながらない。
夜は寒く、暖房必要、エアコン暖房つけると暑い止めると寒いで眠れなかった。

大浴場
開けてびっくり洗い場がお風呂からのお湯が溢れて10センチくらいお湯びたし
身体洗った泡、シャンプーの泡がお湯に浮いて汚い。
お風呂も40度くらいとぬるく、寒かった。
夜ご飯
館内レストランコロナでやっていない為
外に車で食べて帰ると駐車場満車
奥の駐車場は街灯もなく見えないし
止めるスペースもなさそうだったので
道路に路駐した。
これで土曜日1.4万ならリピートはしないと思います。
大浴場の調子が悪くざ
予約する時の 写真の部屋のタイプとは全然違っていた。
ダブルルームで予約したが 狭い一部屋に布団3枚がギリギリ敷いてあり、
3人の滞在なのに
座布団 お茶は2人分しかなかった。
従業員さんの対応がとてもよく、お部屋も綺麗でゆっくりすることが出来良かったです
