Pros:

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the gym. It was a bonus that we were close to everything we planned to do. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent stay, friendly staff.
Pros:

The facilty, staff and location were perfect for all we were in town for. If there is anything to complain about was the coffee, it wasn't good at all, that's all.

Super modern & clean!! Friendly staff & comfy beds, great shower!!!! Love the kitchen area

Cons:

Could use some kind of sturdy wall shelf or something to put luggage on. Closet extremely big .& a bit of a waste. No way to get luggage rack into room to narrow of a space because of closet.

Good central location, with poor customer service and cleanliness.

The location was great.

Cons:

Walking in we were not greeted. Not even 15 minutes of being in a room a roach came out that we had to kill. After informing the front desk, the only thing they could offer us was 10% off our room rate. No towels were provided for the pool complimentary. The breakfast area only had one high chair that didn’t have working safety belt for my child to sit in.

It is new.

Cons:

The deadbolt was stuck in the locked position with the door open, so I couldn’t close my door. Maintenance man could not speak any English so I had to use Google translate to communicate with him. I had to call the main Marriott Bonvoy 800 # to get maintenance guy to come look at the door because the front desk said “ I turned in a ticket for your door… I did my part, you will have to wait”
