Pros:

Hotel w cichej okolicy, 600 m od zamku Esterhazy. Pani na recepcji nie mówiła po angielsku, ale można się dogadać po niemiecku (albo i bez jego znajomości). Pokój rodzinny bardzo duży, z sejfem, lodówką, szafą, toaletką, pufami. Moskitiery w oknach, klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżka, ręczniki i suszarka w łazience. Dziękujemy za udany pobyt.

A very pleasant stay! This place feels like a welcoming family-owned hotel, although we aren't entirely sure if it is. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. The rooms were decent and comfortable, and we enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. A solid and straightforward choice for a stay!

Tökéletes hotel azoknak, akik a Fertő-tó vidékét szeretnék felfedezni, csak ajánlani tudjuk! :)
Pros:

Négyen voltunk itt öt napon át. A szoba teljesen megfelelő, tiszta volt, elegendő hellyel. Az étel nagyon finom és változatos, a személyzet pedig kifejezetten kedves és segítőkész, mindenre felkészültek (akár glutén-és laktózmentes étkezésekre is). Programok szervezésében és közeli látnivalók ajánlásában is sokat tudnak segíteni, s mivel a szálloda központi helyen van, ezért ezek viszonylag könnyen megközelíthetők.

Это не отель 3*, это , видимо , мотель . Ну очень скромно . Цена просто очень высокая для такого уровня отеля . Завтраки тоже очень скромные . Не советую за такую цену .

Kényelmes volt az ágy, tiszta rendezett volt a szoba.

Cons:

A 22 órás zárás a recepción.
Miután 21 óráig nem értünk oda a szállásra, ( Fertő tókerülő biciklistúrát tettünk, ahol nem tudtuk percre kiszámolni az érkezésünk idejét ) telefonon érdeklődött a recepciós hölgy, hogy megyünk '- e, a lefoglalt szállásra,mert 22 órakor mimdenki elmegy, zárják a hotelt.
Ez nagyon nem tetszett,sőt kifejezetten felháborított. Lefoglaltam, előre kifizettem a szállást, és azon kellett aggódnom,hogy aznapra nem lesz meg a szállásunk.

A reggeli változatos és bőséges volt. Előzetesen jeleztük, hogy 1 fő vegán étrenden van, minden további nélkül teljesítették az igényeinket. A személyzet segítőkész volt és nagyon kedves.
