- Building only has one elevator, resulting in long wait times.
- Very poor lobby and reception.
- Booked a "superior" room and got a very cramped room.
- Located on one of the covered streets with a lot of restaurants, meaning that when you open the room window you get the frying smell directly into the room.

Very good breakfast, you can select from traditional, curry, cold soba or western breakfast. I tried all of them and they were very good
Great location. Small room for 3 adults, but it was clean and comfy. Soundproof. Breakfast was amazing- loved the origami on our plates.
