Great Location and cozy rooms, would book again!
Pros:

I recently stayed at IAM HOTEL in Osaka and had a fantastic experience in their double twin bedroom. The hotel is tucked right between Namba and Nipponbashi Stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Just a minute’s walk from Exit B26 of Namba Walk, it’s a dream for travelers who want easy access to public transport and shopping streets
The double twin room was cozy yet functional, with two comfortable beds and a clean, minimalist design. The space was well-utilized, and despite being compact, it didn’t feel cramped. The room also had a Japanese futon option, which added a nice cultural touch

Cons:

Asked the reception if it was possible to call a taxi very earky in the morning for us because we have a lot a luggages and they said yes but when checking out the other reception staff said no. That we have to walk to the taxi stand

Pros:

The location is superb. Very convenient to transports and Dotonburi. The staffs are helpful and the room is clean. We can fit 2 medium to big clam-shell luggages inside the standard room (low bed on floor). Free drinks (self serve machine).

Cons:

The reception is on the 2nd floor so you have to stop there if you want to use the drinks machine.
