I think the location was close to Railway Station, That’s it.
The rooms were quite small and offered very minimal facilities. The bathrooms particularly need attention—the bathroom locks in our rooms were not operational, the taps had visible mould, and several of the fittings appeared old and poorly maintained. For a hotel operating under a recognised brand, these are basic maintenance issues that should not be overlooked. Another disappointment was the lack of basic in-room amenities. There was no kettle provided in the rooms, which is something most travellers reasonably expect, especially when staying with family.

1. My father got food infection he needed rest so i wanted to extend the hotel stay for one more day they charged Rs 1600/- for 1st day and charged Rs 2200/- for the 2nd day for the same filthy room. When ask for the reason reception person said "online and offline charges are always different". So this is the over charging realising the need of the ailing customer. Probably they don't know the marketing principles they they should charge either same amount or less to make someone loyal and Happy customer. While checking out my father asked the reception lady that did you inform earlier or you have somewhere written on wall or on your hotel information leaflet that the charges for second day will be higher than the first day.. she was silent and we had to pay the cost of staying for one more day at the time of need in that hotel.. A mistake which we will never repeat.
2. Toilet facilities were ILL placed, toilet doors were loose and while locking, the latch used to come out then somehow we have to push the latch and then keep pushing the door by one hand while using the toilet.
3. Air conditioners were very user unfriendly and looked very dirty, AC units seems over 40 years old.
4.Not worth the money and that too we had to pay higher charges for the same filthy facility just because of ill health.

The room was small. Towel I recieved was not clean. No way the price is justified only good thing is the location.
