Titel: Außen hui, innen Pfui – Gehobene Zimmerkategorie enttäuscht

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick modern und ordentlich, offenbart auf den zweiten Blick jedoch erhebliche Mängel. Wir hatten extra eine höhere Zimmerkategorie gebucht, fanden den Raum für zwei Personen jedoch sehr beengt. Größtes Manko beim Komfort: Die zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten waren unterschiedlich hoch und rutschten permanent auseinander.

Auch die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Lüftung war komplett verstaubt, die Toilette hatte einen unübersehbaren Dreckrand und im Bad stand noch eine benutzte, fast leere Bodylotion vom Vorbesitzer. Besonders eklig: Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und das Wasser im Tank moderte bereits. Auch die Toiletten im Frühstücksbereich wurden ungenügend gereinigt. Das Frühstück selbst war – bis auf einen tollen Saft-Zester – eher durchschnittlich. Ein weiteres No-Go: Das Zimmermädchen platzte ohne Vorwarnung um 10:04 Uhr ins Zimmer, obwohl der Check-out bis 11:00 Uhr läuft.

Positiv zu erwähnen sind die zentrale Lage direkt an der S-Bahn, die geräumige Tiefgarage (15 €/Tag sind viel, aber für München normal) und die hervorragende Dreifachverglasung, die den Straßenlärm komplett schluckt. Dank Genius-Rabatt war der Preis für uns reduziert, weshalb wir den Aufenthalt nicht völlig bereuen. Die aktuelle Bewertung von 8,4 halten wir für übertrieben – als bodenständige Reisende vergeben wir maximal eine 7,2 und können das Hotel zu diesem Preis nicht weiterempfehlen.

Top Lage direkt beim ÖV, bzw Bhf Feldmoching. Leider fuhren fast keine S-Bahnen, doch zum Glück die U-Bahn.

Cons:

Das Personal ist desinteressiert. Hauptsache die Rechnung wird bei der Ankunft beglichen. Auf Fragen hin bekamen wir aber die Antworten...
