Wir haben vor Kurzem die Villa Eugénie besucht und sind absolut begeistert! Vom ersten Moment an war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit . Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das schnelle Check in,
wir waren zu früh aber keine Probleme wir könnten das Zimmer schon beziehen. Das + eindeutig die Möglichkeit unsere Auto sicher deponieren. Die Qualität des Matratze war auch sehr angenehm und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm, am Abend hat uns den Réceptionniste immer mit einem grossen Lachen geschenkt Insgesamt war es eine rundum positive Erfahrung. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good, including the people who worked diligently in preparing the buffet. We chose this hotel for the terrace areas and paid a premium for this but were disappointed in the ambience. A concrete wall and street exposure was not what we expected based on the photos so we feel like the value for money wasn’t what we hoped for. Having said that the room and bathroom are comfortable and the location was good for walking around.

Pros:

Hotel correcto, pero caro para lo que es. No tiene restaurante, y por dentro no es un hitel particularmente bonito.

Tampoco esta ubicado en una zaona particularmente buena, y el horario de recepcion solamente es de 8 a 22.

El parking, eso si, aunque no tenga muchas plazas, son grandes.

Maravillosa estancia.
Pros:

Hotel precioso, muy limpio, muy bien decorado. Mejor q la mayoría de hoteles de 4 estrellas en comodidades y atención. Piscina pequeña pero muy bonita y agradable, además te prestan toallas. Cafe, té y chocolate de cortesía. Refrescos y agua en el minibar de cortesía.

Very good location. We could walk everywhere including to restaurants and the beach. Very nice service. Loved the coffee and hot cocoa machine that could be used whenever. Beautiful patio. Perfect for my family of four.

Well located for exploring San Sebastián.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable & spotlessly clean.

Parking très propre qui a facilité notre stationnement. Situe à 20 mn du centre. Très bon hôtel, très bon accueil et services. Hôtel très très propre ! Literie parfaite. Clim qui ne fait pas de bruit et très efficace. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous recommandons.
