If you are in Annecy in the SUMMER, STAY HERE! The AC ACTUALLY Works!

The recepctionist treated me SO WELL, it was the best. Very kind, very very kind.
THE AIR CONDITIONING WORKED!!! Seriously, in the french high summer you need a GOOD PLACE with AIR CONDITION that REALLY WORKS, this is KEY to feel good. And here the AC actually worked, Id stay here again because of this, really, lots of luxurious places in annecy had no ac and they stay was AWFUL. this place was perfect.

Cons:

Chambre n'était pas propre, plusieurs lumières ne fonctionnaient pas. Les draps n'avaient jamais été changés, il y avait une mauvaise odeur, et le lit ainsi que l'agencement laissaient à désirer. De plus, j'ai retrouvé des tasses de café dans le coin de la douche le lendemain. C'est dommage, il n'y a pas eu d'application des consignes de la direction.

مكانه حلو بعيد عن البحيره لكن قريب من كل الخدمات بجانب مجمع مكشوف فيه محلات و مطاعم متنوعه الستاف جميل فندق دور واحد صغير لكن جميل و نظيف

الغرف صغيره .. التكيف كان موبارد حيل لما رحت الرسبشن طلع التحكم عندهم و زادو البروده المفروض كل غرفه فيها تحكم !! المغسله ما تنزل الماي بسرعه تضطر تغسل على مرحلتين عشان لا يبطلع الماء بره و ينزل على الارض الغرف صغيره
