We found the staff friendly courteous and attentive. The hotel foyer, breakfast area and our room was very clean and tidy and our room was made up nicely each day. The hotel has a supermarket a very short walk from it (within 50 metres of the end of the driveway). We didn’t like the fact that the advertising on Expedia and the hotels own online directory states that there was a Western restaurant on site but we were told upon enquiry that this had been closed for 2 years. We were also disappointed that the pool was dirty and had a green tinge to it. Nobody was using it and it looked like the water was unkept.
worst breakfast i have ever had in a 5 star hotel No spread , no choices, very bad and most of the Gym equipments are broken
The gym
The pool was not clean and was not able to be used for a period and after being told it was being cleaned, upon accessing the pool, it was still dirty.
