Great
Pros:

- Perfect location on Istiklal Street
- The staff were incredibly helpful with all our transportation arrangements to and from the airport, especially since we were a large group with lots of luggage
- There was no loud music noise — only the normal sounds of the street

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Familienzimmer.
Die Lage vom Hotel war super. Es gab kostenloses Wasser und das Klopapier wurde kostenlos aufgefüllt.
Die Männer an der "Rezeption" waren zu jeder Zeit nett.
Eins von beiden Zimmer hatte Fenster.
Es gab Frühstück. Aber das war jetzt nicht so gut. Man konnte satt werden.

Cons:

Unter Deluxe Familienzimmer haben wir uns trotz des Preises etwas anderes vorgestellt.
Das zweite Zimmer hat extrem nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und es hatte kein Fenster zum Lüften. Durch das innenliegende Badezimmer (auch ohne Fenstern) hat es zudem auch muffig gerochen. Die Luft wurde über die Zeit des Aufenthalts nicht besser.

I did not stay there because of the above mentioned reasons. Conditions were below standards.

Cons:

I was unable to stay there. My decision to cancel was due to serious issues that I encountered upon arrival. Specifically, the room and overall hotel environment had a very strong and unpleasant odor, and the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. This made it impossible for me and my spouse to stay in the property.
In addition, the actual condition of the hotel did not correspond to the description and photos presented on Booking. The discrepancies between what was advertised and what I experienced were significant.
Based on these factors, I believe this situation constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and failure to provide basic hospitality standards.
