I did not stay there because of the above mentioned reasons. Conditions were below standards.

Cons:

I was unable to stay there. My decision to cancel was due to serious issues that I encountered upon arrival. Specifically, the room and overall hotel environment had a very strong and unpleasant odor, and the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. This made it impossible for me and my spouse to stay in the property.
In addition, the actual condition of the hotel did not correspond to the description and photos presented on Booking. The discrepancies between what was advertised and what I experienced were significant.
Based on these factors, I believe this situation constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and failure to provide basic hospitality standards.

Cons:

First we asked for a transfer but the day before our flight they didn't answer us. So we had to find another transfer company. When we arrived they didn't give us the rooms that we have booked. They insisted that this was the room we booked, but it was completely different from the photo. We asked to change and after a lot of hassle and waiting, they changed it. The staff was very rude. The air conditioner was not working and they didn't even check it. He was laughing at us.

There are pros and cons on this hotel.
Pros:

The location is in the prime area of Taksim. Foods, souvenirs, cafes and etc. are centrally available. The hotel provides luggage storage, which is very good.

Cons:

For tourists with luggages, it is a hassle to drag our luggages to the hotel from the metro station. Our room is without the heater, and later on the staffs provide us with one.
