Park Plaza Minneapolis Mall of America

We always stay here when we go to Mall of America and/or when we fly out of MSP. Love the double pools and hot tubs! Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Parking lot adjacent to hotel.

Nice Property

The location for the hotel for going to MOA is great. There is shuttle bus servicing around, not only going to MOA, but Target or other store near by. Breakfast line is varies of food line. The ladies who provided the service in Breakfast section are all working hard to keep all the area clean and ready to serve every guests. We noticed the filter of the drinking station is flashing red. You may need to consider changing the filter somehow. The safety of the hotel is awesome., We need to use our keycard to use the restroom downstair which means no random people can just get into the hotel and use the bathroom. The front desk provided services with smiles. We love everything in this hotel but pillows. They are not firm enough for us to sleep comfortably.

Easy walk to MOA. Stuff was kind and helpful. Included breakfast was nice. Comfortable room.

The hotel was great for shopping and there was only a short walk to the walkway to the Mall.

Trip with a friend for Christmas shopping. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Front desk service was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, short walk to the Mall of America and dining options. Breakfast was really good, lots of options and they kept it fresh. There are actually two(!) pools and two hottubs which was kinda fun and made for nice separation for chill swimming or the rowdy splashing kinda fun!!! We booked a room with a separate bedroom and they provided a nice crib for our 1 year old. Would stay again!

Nice hotel

Very short and easy drive to MOA, close drive to Walmart for forgotten items

The staff and the hotel was nice but I wish attention to detail was better. The hotel does have a pool so I was not surprised when there was a musty smell when we opened the door to our room.

The room only has one set of blanket and one pillow for the sofa bed.

There was hair left in the bathroom by the shampoo and conditioner and the worst was localized brown stain by the toilet paper dispenser. I would have expected better especially at $200 a night

Good hot breakfast

The property was great as far as location and cleanliness but the check in process was not. It is 2 hotels that share a check in desk, we went to the desk and tried to check in early, the gentleman said to come back in 15 minutes and our room will be ready. We went back in 20-30 minutes and he told us our reservation had been canceled. We were extremely worried wondering what happened and where we would stay. It was the same gentleman we spoke with about checking in early and he acted like he had no idea who we were even when I reminded him we just spoke. Finally a coworker came and helped him. Apparently they have 2 different systems for the 2 different hotels and he looked us up in the wrong system the second time we spoke with him. I don’t know if it was just him or they need a better process checking people in to the 2 hotels. Just be aware.

Guy from the hotel doing the airport shuttle was grumpy and didn’t feel like doing my ride at 7am to MSP airport. I arrived 10 minutes before 7am and he showed up late, grumpy, and he yelled at me. Absolutely unprofessional. He said best he could do was 7:30am but that was too late for my plane ride. I booked an airport ride at 7am the night before and wasn’t given it. I had to pay $30 for an Uber to drive me to MSP (fare was high because traffic was really busy). The hotel owes me $30 for this, and I doubt they’d care to give me it. 0/5 Stars Super unprofessional

Good place to stay

Great breakfast staff was easy to communicate with.

Lots of construction on the parking lot which made the area dusty and dirty and the parking limited.
All in all it was a nice place to stay, less than 10 minute walk from the Mall of America.

The room was very spacious and clean! Staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to the mall in 10 minutes via a pedestrian bridge, which is very convenient if you don’t have a car.
