Pros:

The location was really good, right in the centre of Turkestan. The staff were polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and we had a nice view of the mausoleum.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired looking, with damp stains and a small hole in the ceiling from a water leak. There were a number of power cuts during our stay, meaning we lost electricity, water and air conditioning for a couple of hours at a time.

В принципе отель хороший, испортил хорошее впечатление завтрак фуршет на который стоял километровая очередь очень жаль

В целом для 3 звезд хороший отель. Вернемся обязательно!
Pros:

Понравилось расположение, удобная кровать, качественный текстиль, наличие сейфа и гладильной доски.

Cons:

Нет шкафов, некуда ставить чемоданы. Практически не закрывалась дверь в санузел. На паркинге не было мест, пришлось искать другую парковку подальше.

Breakfast was great. Liked the location of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel needs a bit of renovation. Our rooms had stains on the beds, stains on the bed sheets (even though they were washed, old stains are pretty visible). In one of the rooms the window wasn’t working, but thanks to the staff they quickly changed the room. It was chilly in the rooms (in April).

В целом, отелю нужен ремонт и обновления. В одном из номеров не могли закрыть окно и не было пульта от телевизора, но персонал сразу поменял нам номер. В номерах пятна на изголовье кровати, старые пятна на постельном белье.
