Pros:

The location is superb! The rooms were clean and comfy bed.

Cons:

The stairs. The breakfast was so poor. We expected proper Turkish breakfast, but I was shocked by the dry sandwich without butter on. Tea and coffee limited 1 cup only. They shouldnt advertise Breakfast included.

Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig zum Pier nach Kadiköy, zur blauen Moschee und Hagia Sofia. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Wasserdruck in der Dusche auch, es war sehr sauber

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist schwach. Kaum Auswahl und erst um 9 Uhr. Lieber nicht das Frühstück buchen, sondern in den nahegelegenen Frühstücks-Restaurants. Das Bad ist sehr klein, der Kühlschrank laut und es muss einem klar sein, dass die Musik in den Bars nebenan sehr lange dauert und laut ist. Unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Wer einen schweren Koffer hat und ganz oben wohnt, hat es nicht einfach.

Хороший вариант для проживания, если шум от ресторанов не является проблемой
Pros:

Расположение хорошее, рядом станция парома, порт Галата, музеи, до центра можно дойти пешком, остановка трамвая тоже рядом.

В номере все есть для комфортного проживания. Путешествовали с ребенком, номер был с одной двухспальной кроватью и одной односпальной. Кровати комфортные. Чисто.

Cons:

Шумно, примерно до 12 ночи в каких-то ресторанах развлекательные программы, отель находится в районе с большим количеством ресторанов и кафе. Утром тихо, потому что на самой улочке, где отель располагается, не очень оживленно.

Завтраки очень простые, меню из нескольких максимально простых позиций.

Подводя итог, хочу сказать, что мы очень рады выбору отеля. Видно, что люди болеют за свое дело. Хочется, чтобы ребята п
Pros:

Долго выбирали отель для первой поездки. В итоге выбор пал на Pandan Karakoy и мы ни капли не прогадали.
1. Расположение. Сам отель находится на тихой колоритной улочке. В 7 минутах неспешным шагом есть остановка трамвая Т1. Так же по близости много точек со стритфудом и кафешек.
2. Русскоговорящий владелец. так как наш Английский оставлял желать лучшего, для нас этот момент был важен. Юсуф очень хорошо говорит по русски. Помог нам со всеми возникающими вопросами, посоветовал обменник, точку с вкусным балык дюрумом. А так же в целом очень приятный человек и собеседник. Когда его не было на месте, можно было обратиться в телеграм. Мы хотели посетить хамам, Юсуф помог нам с выбором и бронью (мы остались в восторге).
3. Кафе. В самом отеле на первом этаже есть кафе, где можно вкусно покушать (есть отдельное меню завтраков, но мы делали заказ обычно из основного). Меню небольшое, но очень вкусное. По утрам готовит завтраки приятная женщина. Ощущение, что ты приехал к маме в отпуск. Атмосфера прям домашняя. Менемен, Сан Себастьян, кофе Дибек и мохито - любимые позиции.

Não indico, certamente não retornarei.
Pros:

A localização fica muito perto de vários locais muito interessantes, o que possibilita fazer tudo a pé, sem necessidade de enfrentar o trânsito. Os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos.

Cons:

Barulho excessivo até as 4h da manhã. Fui obrigado a comprar um tampão de ouvidos e ainda assim escutava os gritos e a música alta do bar ao lado. Impossível de dormir em quanto o bar está aberto, a janela não possui isolamento acústico. A porta do quarto ao lado quando totalmente aberta, bate na sua porta, se alguém que não é cuidadoso chega de noite, você ouve a batida na porta. A escada é bem íngreme e bem suja.

Lovely staff and great location
Pros:

Great value for money, location, and friendly place
Pros:

The place is super clean and well maintained. It looks right like the picture. Staff is super friendly, responsive and helping. Location is amazing, safe, close to many public transport, and lots to do. Thank you so much!

I was expecting to have a more like a Turkish type of breakfast. But otherwise the breakfast was very nice.

Pros:

Fräsch rum, skön säng, välstädat. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Läget var fantastiskt. Vi hade tillgång till både spårvagn och färjelinjen i 5 minuters gångavstånd.

Great value for money. Stuff very friendly, free breakfast, nice, spacious & clean room (noyhing fot sensitive ears)
Pros:

I was the right location for 5 day stay. You could walk to Galata & old parg, take boat to asian side easily, bus & tram were close by.

Cons:

The hotel is in hip place with lots of café 's and restaurants - it got just loud until 3 am, sk for people with sensitive sleeping, not so suitable.

Pros:

El personal del hotel fueron excelentes, tanto Yusuf como el personal del café siempre muy atentos y serviciales, excelente ubicación y ambiente en las calles cercanas.

Cons:

El wifi era un poco lento en el 3er piso

Хорошее расположение, приятный персонал. Юсуф встречал и провожал до такси. Всё рассказали,показали,проблем не было.
