Чудова локація!
Не дивлячись на те, що це самий центр — досить хороша шумоізоляція. Поряд є все необхідне — від супермаркетів до кафе, де можна знайти страви на будь-який смак та бюджет

Чудове розташування!
Швидке заселення, нема ключі — все на кодах. Безконтактне виселення.

Всередині є все необхідне, постільна білизна і рушники чисті. Сторонніх запахів нема, вид з вікон фантастичний

Great location but, no, do not recommend!
Pros:

Great location with 2 lovely restaurants right underneath apartment. 5-10min walk to Khreschatyk Metro with Maidan Metro not far either. Being this central makes it easy to go in any direction in the city.

Cons:

Booked this apartment for a week despite some dodgy error on administration’s part in changing booking for one night after I checked out.
Property advertises air conditioning and balcony. No controllers for the air conditioners, after making enquiries it seems they were removed from apartment as air conditioners were not cleaned and serviced as yet, so not able to use them at all. Fortunately only one night was uncomfortably warm.
As for the balcony, the condition of it was rather a concern (see images) and didn’t give me any confidence it was stable so wasn’t game to step out onto it.
Constantly had to remake the bed as the double underlays would slip under you like you’re on ice. Not to mention, it looked like someone had wet the bed with a gross stain on the underlay. After discovering that, decided to sleep on the large sofa in the room which surprisingly was MUCH MORE comfortable anyway.

Considering paid a little extra for an apartment with balcony and air conditioning, and sleeping on that gross underlay, this was a waste of $$
