New & great location
Pros:

It's convenient and new. We only stayed one night but it was super convenient location wise. The staff there were all friendly and speaks good English as well which is a big bonus. There's an only one elevator working out of 2 at the check out so it was a little chaotic but the nice front desk lady was tried her best to navigate us so that was nice.

Cons:

They have a spa but they don't provide extra towels for that so we had to dry out own towels each time...
Also each time when we go down to the convenience store downstairs which always stops at the front desk before reach down wherever...guess this was due to security reason tho...

コスパ良いホテルです！
Pros:

大阪城ホールでのライブで利用しました。
立地がよく、歩いて会場まで行ける点が
良かったです！
あと、お風呂もサイコーでした！

Cons:

駐車場が少なくて満車でした…。
でも近くにコインパーキングが何ヶ所かあり
ホテル駐車場利用よりも安かったので
まぁ、良かったかな！

Pros:

掃除がいきとといていた。ベットメーキングがきちんとされていて、気持ちよかった。朝食がおいしかった。ハンバーグ、オムライス、スムージーが、手づくり感があって良かったです。

Cons:

駐車場が、少ない。近くの駐車場を教えて頂いたが、連絡通路があることを知らせてくれなかったので、道に迷いたどり着くまで時間がかかった。
